[your P.O.V]
It was the end of the day and you were walking out of your last class and started to walk down the hallway while taking the note that Karkat gave you earlier. You started to read the note which said "TOMORROW MEET ME AFTER SCHOOL I NEED TO TALK TO YOU, -Karkat." You got very confused, seeing as it was your first day of school what would he want to talk to you about? You thought no more about it and continued home, as you turned the corner you were met with a strange object. You've never seen this object before so you picked it up and observed it, you saw that it was shaped like a dinosaur but had button eyes you concluded it might be some sort of stuffed animal so you carried it with you until you got home to text Terezi. As you got home you put your stuff down in your room and laid down on your bed and turned on your favorite song, you took the object that you found walking home and started to look deeper at the material that was used to make the object when you couldn't figure out what it was you texted Terezi and asked her.
You: Hey Terezi I found something while walking home can you tell me what it is?
Terezi: W3ll wh4t do3s 1t look l1k3?
You: It's an orange dinosaur with button eyes
Terezi: Oh! Th4t's just Hon3ytongu3
You: Who?
Terezi: Hon3ytongu3 1s p4rt of my for3ns1c t34m
You: Ok? Do you want it back?
Terezi: Y3s pl34s3
You: Ok
[Karkat's P.O.V]
I couldn't stop thinking about (y/n) when I got home, her/his eyes were so beautiful when the light hit them perfectly. Tomorrow is going to be very awkward for me but I have to do it before Gamzee or Equius gets to her, the thought of them even trying to get (y/n) makes me madder than the Mad Hatter. The night felt longer than normal the thought of losing someone so beautiful and nice and kind is so weird to think about late at night but it's something that is so important to me I actually love (y/n) truely and it's amazing. As my mind kept filling with amazing thoughts about the future I started to fall asleep smiling as the thoughts turned into dreams.
