AN: This is just some fluff I felt like writing. I guess you could skip it, but there's some friendship growth you might not wanna miss :) So, if you've never experienced it, band kids act like they're on crack when they're tired. Bakugo learns to enjoy it :3

A jolt woke Bakugo from a light sleep. Streetlights briefly lit up the bus, and then all went dark again. The drummer sighed and checked his phone. 1:02 am.
How much longer was this damn bus ride going to take?
He shut his eyes again, and was almost lulled into sleep again when a harsh whisper sounded from in front of him.
"Hey, Kirishima. Wanna sing?"
Kaminari. Figures. The blonde groaned and rolled over so he was facing the window. He almost screamed when he heard a giggle from his right and an enthusiastic, "Sure!"
The two boys began to whisper-sing, almost mockingly:
99 bottles of Diet Coke and Mentos on the wall
99 bottles of Diet Coke and Mentos
Take one down, pass it around,
98 bottles of Diet Coke and Mentos on the wall
AN: Yeah, this actually happened to me XD Thanks to the drumline *coughJeffstarteditcough* for inspiring (and infuriating) me :3
Then someone began to drum on the back of Bakugo's seat. He threw his arms over the seat, and shot daggers at whoever was idiotic enough to join in.
He looked down to see absolutely nothing on the right side of the seat.
Tooru.
Next to the invisible girl, Mina was laughing so hard she couldn't sing.
Bakugo sat back down. He could handle singing kids with his secret weapon. He reached into the front pocket of his bookbag.
Five bobby pins, a pocket knife, and a crumpled admission pass from a freshman competition.
Where the fuck were his earbuds?
He checked all the other pockets, and found nothing. By this time, at least half of the bus was giggling and singing Kaminari and Kirishima's demented song.
78 bottles of Diet Coke and Mentos on the wall
78 bottles of Diet Coke and Mentos
Take one down, pass it around,
77 bottles of Diet Coke and Mentos on the wall
Bakugo knew he couldn't make it through the whole song without strangling someone, so he settled for kicking the back of Kaminari's seat in time to the song.
At the "54 bottle" mark, Sero raised a hand.
"This is getting boring."
A chorus of "Yeahs" echoed from around him.
"Oh, I've got a song!" Mina cried.
She gestured to the seat to her right, where Deku had his head on Todoroki's shoulder. The clarinet player appeared to be asleep too, and had a hand placed on the freshman's knee.
She then began to sing (okay, more like shriek):
Caaaan you feeeel the loooove toniiiiiight?
The peace the eeeevening briiiings
The other band members joined in, with voices not much better than Mina's
The world for ooooonce in perfeeect harmony
With alllll it's living thiiiiiings
"I'm going to fucking shoot you all!" Bakugo shouted. No one seemed to even acknowledge him, except for Tenya, who sighed an amused "No swearing, please".
So many things to tell heeeeer, but how to make her seeeee
The truth about my past, impossible, she'd turn away from meeeeeee
The drummer shut his eyes and tried in vain to block out the screeching. He was distracted from his efforts when another voice came from next to him, standing out from the screams.
"He's holding back, he's hiding. But what I can't deciiiide
Why won't he be the king I know he is, the king I see insiiiiide"
Bakugo glanced over to see his seatmate singing passionately, eyes closed, a smile on his face. The group repeated the chorus again, and Bakugo noticed that just about everyone was singing, including the more sensible people, like Shouji and Tokoyami.
Something touched him just then. He'd never had the urge before to participate in what most people consider to be the best part of group activities, but now, it made him sad to watch everyone enjoy...whatever this was without him.
He felt left out.
As the drummer stared at the kids singing, Kirishima's red eyes fixed on him.
"You know, you could join in. Nothing's stopping you."
It happened so quickly that Bakugo almost thought he didn't hear it. When he blinked, Kirishima had his eyes closed again, abandoned to the music.
Quietly, the drummer began to mumble the lyrics:
"Can you feel the love tonight? You needn't look too faaaaar"
Kirishima looked at him, in shock. Bakugo paused. Was his voice really bad or something?
Then, the redhead began to smile, and put an arm around his shoulders. Bakugo almost fought him off, but he didn't have the strength to, and he didn't really want to. And it seemed that the entire bus (minus the still asleep Todoroki; Deku was awake and blushing hard) joined in for the last chorus:
"Stealing through the night's uncertainties, love is where they are"
Mina, Kaminari, and Sero shouted the duet bit to end the song as the bus pulled into the parking lot, and students began to file off.
Bakugo couldn't forget the fact that he was having more fun than he'd ever remembered.
Thanks to Kirishima.
