You smiled at Isabel and her back story. It was nice hearing how her, Levi and farlan all became good friends.
"Welp, it was really nice meeting you y/n but I have to get going, farlan and Levi are probably back at his office, I'm sure he's finished all his paperwork by now" Isabel Smiled brightly at me, I smiled back and nodded. "You go ahead, I need to head back home for something, tell Levi I can walk home, I'm not that far from my house" I stood up and placed two dollars on the table, a tip for our waiter.
"Are you sure? I'm sure he wouldn't want you walking home by yourself" she stared at you with a bit of worry "it's alright, I promise as soon as I walk into my house I'll call him to let him know I made it safely" I smiled at her as we both walked out of the small cafe.
"I'll see you later Isabel, it was really nice meeting you and farlan, I hope we can become good friends" I smiled and extended my hand towards her, she smiled and instead of shaking my hand, she pulled me into a tight embrace and smiled "I'm really glad you were the one chosen" you blinked in confusion and looked at her "Chosen?" Isabel eyes widen, mentally slapping herself of her mistake.
"Y-You know chosen to be with Levi, in the head- I mean, living in his head- wait! No not living..I mean..." she smiled and turned red due to embarrassment.
She bowed with her head low "I'm sorry..I didn't mean to offend you, it's not everyday you meet someone with abilities such as you and Levi" I smiled and giggled "it's ok Isabel, I take no offense, I guess it is kinda weird meeting someone like me, but I wouldn't call them abilities, I sometimes dream that all of this was a dream, and that little voice in my head was imaginary and Levi wasn't an actual real person..." you trailed off rubbing your arm looking down. Isabel smiled and placed a comforting hand on your shoulder "I can assure you that non of this is a dream, and Levi is a real person" she smiled "hopefully when you two are married your children will have the same abilities" she winked smiling. You blushed at her comment and shook your head "M-Married! Children?!, oh no no way" you covered your face hiding your red face, Isabel laughed and punched your shoulder playfully "I'm just kidding" she smiled "I'll see you later ok? Farlan still has to treat us to ramen remember that!" She waved goodbye as she ran off back to Levi's building.
I smiled happy meeting two very important people to Levi in his life. As i walked down the sidewalk, i could feel the wind blowing gently in front of you. As I walked all the way home, I couldn't help but feel like I was being followed. I turned around and saw no one behind me "Huh" I said silently to myself. 'It's bright outside and there are plenty of people around me, I should be fine' I thought to myself
'Y/n you ok?'
You jumped a bit hearing Levi's voice
'Shit Levi you scared me' you chuckled to yourself
'Sorry didn't mean too. Why didn't you come back with Isabel? I would've given you a ride back home'
'I wanted to gets some fresh air. Besides I didn't want to bother you and your friends'
"Your never a bother Y/n"
You heard his voice, but it wasn't in your head, you looked beside you and saw him, in his expensive car, parked right next to you.
"Your a creep you know that?"
"I'm an observer, not a creep, besides you shouldn't be by yourself, now get into the car"
You chuckled and walked around his car and hoped on in
"Thank you"
"No problem"
He spoke deeply and stared at the road intensely. I started at him curiously. Even though I could look into his mind at any point, he blocks out any past knowledge of his life and sets up a wall that blocks any emotion that he has.

"Hey Levi" you spoke softly
"Hm" he hummed staring straight at the road
"Do you really love me. Of are just saying it cause of this thing we have" you spoke abruptly. Your heart pounded against your chest and his hands gripped the steering wheel. He looks at you with those dark steel eyes.
"No"
Hey guy!!! So I haven't been active recently cause I've been busy. And Happy new year btw!!! Anyways I'm really sorry for this shitty chapter. I just realized how cringy I started out this story 😂 and tbh I'm not really sure how this story is gonna end. I'm literally making it up as I go. I process shit when it just comes to mind. And now for the explanation for their mind connection.
So this is how I'm making it. Levi and Nyah can feel each others emotions if they allow the other to feel it. They've both been able to place a wall between each other to hide any personal thoughts or emotions. Not their no going to feel each other pain. But they we'll be about to experience strong emotions that one feels. Such as love or hate. If one expresses much hate towards the other or another person. The other can feel it. Of course it will be vise verse for the other person. But the walls they've built between each other helps them contain many of the feelings they feel or thoughts that they have. So it's not like every thought Y/n has Levi will be able to head it, it's more or like y/n only expresses certain thoughts and emotions that Levi can feel.
