The time of spending precious time sitting in the class and listening to an unnecessary explanation has come to an end. I sighed and stepped through the door of the hell we call a school. I extended my arms as the cold autumn wind was playing with my hair.

I inhaled the fresh air. I wasn't like those people who liked hot summers and cold winters. I hated the hot sun and I hated the cold snow. For me, the perfect weather was a cold autumn and spring. In that time the air is fresh, the hot burning sun is hidden by the clouds, and the atmosphere isn't freezing either.

I didn't have anywhere to go in particular so I sat on the bench, that was hiding beneath the large tree, that was really bushy in the summertime. But now its branches are the only ones left behind.

I remembered I have the time to text that Eren guy, cuz why not. Maybe his conversation will avert me from thinking of Levi all the time, cuz it's really getting annoying.

Me: 'hey' I think plain and simple will do

I put my phone in my pocket, so it didn't look like I was impatiently waiting for him to reply. I leaned my head back and breathed the cold air. I needed more moments like this. It made me more relaxed. I heard the buzzing sound in my pocket. I checked the message who I assumed it was from Eren.

The cute eyes guy: 'I see you got my note'

Me: 'Yeah and I still have your history book'

I reminded him, hoping he might use that for an excuse to meet.

The cute eyes guy: 'There's no rush, I don't need it now anyways'

Dangit, he didn't get the hint. I thought to myself. But since I didn't have anything smarter to do right now, except for thinking where will I bump to Levi again, maybe I could suggest a meeting. Well here goes nothing.

Me: 'Well I don't have anything smart to do right now, ...sooooo maybe we could meet in a park and I can hand you the book?'

I read what I just sent again, and oh my god. Couldn't I sound more desperate for company? I mentally slapped myself.

Once I put my phone in my pocket, but this time, I never wanted to take it out again. Not a lot of time goes by and I hear the buzzing sound. I so don't wanna look at the message.

My curiosity won over my fear and I checked the phone.

The cute eyes guy: 'Haha Is that just a poor excuse for us to meet?'

My heart stopped beating. Dammit, I'm so stupid. What the hell was I expecting anyway? I got another text.

The cute eyes guy: 'JK I'll be there in 10 ;)'

I don't know why was I so overreacting about this but a huge rock just rolled from my chest. And he even sent me a winky face. I just replied simply

Me: 'k see you then :)'

I stood up from the bench and walked to the park that was just a few blocks away.

I arrived at a park and started looking around. It was more of a big oak tree that was surrounded with benches in a circular position. In the summertime, the grass was really green, but now every colour is a little calmer, which I prefer.

My look darted at a young male figure sitting on a bench. He had brown messy hairstyle so the bangs were covering his eyes slightly. He was leaning his head back with his eyes closed looking like he was relaxing. It kind of reminded me of the position I was before.

Just before I reached him, the guy lifted his head and opened his eyes. Like he knew I was coming.

"Hey" I said, not really sure how to continue

"Hello Y/N" he said cheerfully. Then his gaze averted to what I was holding "I see you brought my book"

"Oh, y-yeah" I stuttered. I don't know why was I suddenly so hard with words. "Here you go" I extend my arm toward him. He took the book so his fingers lightly brushed against mine. He moved to the side of the bench and signalled me to sit next to him.

I sat down, feeling not so nervous as before. There was a moment of awkward silence where none of us knew how to start a conversation.

I look down at my feet and then suddenly remember an idea.

"There's a nice coffee shop nearby....wanna go?"
