"Oh Emm Gee!!!" My best friend Amy Cooper squeals . "This place is huge."
"Yea, I can see that Ams." I say enthusiastically. I have honestly never seen a school so big, or beautiful. I look at my schedule that they sent in the mail, and see that I have Foods first period.
"I have Foods first!" I exclaim.
""I have... Shop. Ick." Amy complains.
We say our goodbyes, and head to opposite ends of the school. I enter the room as soon as the bell rings, and take a seat in the back of the room, where the teacher never really looks. There is an empty seat next to me, I place my bag there, and try to focus on the teacher who is droning on about food safety.
Just then the door burst open and in walked him. He was wearing a candy apple red shirt underneath his leather jacket. He then proceeded to sit where my bag was and prop his feet up on his desk. The teacher rolled his eyes, and continued on with his speech. I took a glance at the guy sitting next to me and took in his profile. He was wearing a candy apple red shirt underneath a black leather jacket. It was paired with a pair of faded black jeans, and a pair of red converse. His hair was a gorgeous shade of dirty blonde, and his eyelashes were a whole different story all on its own: they were the same shade as his hair, but there was some white spots in them as well. You could say that they were dalmatian eyelashes. He caught me staring at him, and turned his body, and said in a low voice.
" You know that staring is rude right?"
"Of course I know that. I wasn't looking at you, I was daydreaming."
"About me, gorgeous?"
"No!"
Just then I overheard the teacher saying that the person who we were sitting next to was our partner for the rest of the year. I groaned inwardly.Great. Now I was stuck with this smart ass for the rest of the year. I glanced over at him, and I caught him staring at me.
"You know that staring is rude, right?" I say.
"Yea, and I only stare at something I like and want."
"And thats me?"
"Yep. It sure is gorgeous."
