Chapter 4

Your POV

Its been about a month since I found I was a Princess of Darkness and we were still searching for the four friends. Riku and I was going to different worlds looking but to no luck. As we were in Twilight Town I saw someone who looked like Roxas but it wasn't.

"Hey Riku look there. Doesn't he look like Roxas?"

"Yeah he does. Maybe he's one of the missing friends that Master Yen Sid told us about. I think his name was Ventus."

"Let's go talk to him." We walk over to the boy.

"Hi I'm y/n. This is Riku. Are you by any chance Ventus?"

"Yes I am Ventus. Do I know you two?"

"You should. The last you saw us was when your friends and you came to Destiny Islands saying you were looking for successors. Aqua talked to Kairi, Terra talked to me, you talked to Sora, and Pryus talked to Y/n." Then all of a sudden Ventus's eyes widened.

"I remember you two now! I didn't realize it was you two because it's been so long since I last saw you!"

"Well let's get you back to Master Yen Sid so he can explain to ya."

I opened a portal to Master Yen Sids tower then walked through followed by Ventus and Riku. I closed the portal as soon as they walked through.

~time skip to after Yen Sid explained everything~

Ventus's POV

Master Yen Sid explained everything to me about what's happening. And why Y/n and Riku are looking for my friends and I. I was walking around when I heard someone singing from what I could tell.

Tick tick hear the clock countdown
Wish the minute hand could be rewound
So much to do and so much I need to say
Will tomorrow be too late

'Why does that voice sound so familiar?' I thought to myself. I looked around the corner to see a girl with dirty blond hair in a pony tail, a black crop top, a black bracelet on her upper arm, a black short skirt with leggings underneath, and black boots.

Feel the moment slip into the past
Like sand through an hourglass
In the madness I guess I just forget
To do all the things I said

The girl turned as she sang but stopped as soon as she saw me. I could see that she had a black chocker on similar to the one I gave to my best friend, NS. Her name was actually Noble Strength but we called her NS for short. And she has brown eyes and glasses just like NS also.

"W-who are you?!" She asked.

"I'm Ventus. Ven for short and you are?" I replied.

"NS. Short for Noble Strength" my eyes widened. 'There is no way this is the same NS I knew!' I thought once more to myself.

I stood there shocked until I saw a hand being waved infront of my face. I snapped out of my trance and looked at the girl.

"Are you okay? You look as though you've seen a ghost."

"I'm only shocked because I had a friend years ago that had the same name as you. My friends Aqua, Terra, Pryus, and I used to hang out with her everyday. Until the day Terra and Aqua had to take their Mark of Mastery, that's when we met her father, Master Xehanort. We didn't know he was her father until that day and I haven't seen her since. I gave her a chocker just like the one you're wearing and she had glasses just like yours."

"NS!!" Someone yelled. She jumped and turned to see Riku, Sora, and Y/n standing behind her.

"H-hey guys!" She waved nervously. "Umm oh god you're mad at me aren't you?"

"Of course we are NS!" Yelled Sora. "We told not to leave the tower yet you did."

"Hey Sora it's not her fault!" I got infront of her. "She probably just hasn't been outside in a while and wanted to come out here."

"Ventus you don't have to stick up for me anymore. I'm not weak like I used to be in the past." I heard NS say.

"'Used to be'?" Asked Y/n.

"Yes. I was friends with Ventus and the other three master Keyblade wielders. That is until they found out who my father was. Ven I'm still very sorry for not telling you before that he was my father. But it was Master Eraqus who told me not to tell until it was the right moment. Apparently father showed up at the wrong time." Explained NS. I turned and placed my hands on her shoulders.

"Don't worry about it NS. We would have found out anyway. But I'll tell you this over the years that I've been gone I figured out what Noble Strength stands for."

"And what's that Ven?"

"It's the meaning for.... Kanaka. Your name is actually Kanaka." She looked at me with wide eyes then she smiled.

"So my father named me Kanaka because it means Noble Strength?" I nodded. "Wow. Never thought of that. But don't stop calling me NS though I like being called that." She then hugs me and I hug back. I hear the others leave saying something about looking for Pyrus next. NS broke the hug.

"Wanna go get Sea Salt Ice Cream?!" I laughed at how she was acting and nodded. Then we was off to get the ice cream.
