Hufflepuff: The loyal and the patient.

New friends. (part two)

Before he could even make another conversation, Madam Malkin was done.

"Off you go my dear, you're done already." Madam Malkin gently said. Hope jumped off the stool in relief.

"See you at hogwarts!" She grinned walking away. The blonde was gaping at her in surprise as she left.

Hagrid gave her the ice cream he held in his other hand. "So, what happened  there?" He asked her.

"Met a boy named Malfoy." She skipped happily. 'Actually, he didn't say his name, but whatever.'

"Well," Hagrid pretty much didn't hear her due to the noisy place they were in. "We gotta get yer wand next."

"Hey Hagrid, can I buy a cat?" Hope asked out of the blue. "Please?"

Hagrid sighed. "Alright then, I will wait outside while you get a cat. I'll also get my owl some food."

"Hehe, thanks!" She sped off towards the pet store.

'I think I remember hearing the lady say in third year that Crookshanks wasn't liked. I'll get him then, I don't want to change his name.'

As she was thinking about it, a ginger, furry kneazel jumped on her head. "Ah!" She pulled the cat off. She looked at it.

"Crookshanks!" She giggled.

'Well, that was easy.'

After she bought him, he was purring in her arms as she was petting her. She walked out of the store to go back to Hagrid.

Hagrid sneezed. "That's okay, next is yer wand! I'll get you an owl while you go in," he walked into the pet store to buy food for his owl.

Hope walked into Olivanders to get her wand, Crookshanks in hand. She sat there on the chair waiting for him to come out. She wondered if he had a loyalty potion on him too.

"Ah, ms. Potter, I knew you'd come," Olivander walked towards her. Hope could not smell a loyalty potion. "Please stand up."

She did as he said and soon got her wand.
But before she left, he told her something. "Ms. Potter, I am sure you are aware of Dumbledore?" She nodded. "You need to not fall for his tricks, he has many of them."

She raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean sir?" Hope questioned. He shook his head and dismissed her.

"Something wrong Hope?" Hagrid asked her. She shaked her head. "No, I just have alot of thoughts..."
