Today wasn't like any other day, it wasn't exceptionally bright, it wasn't a sappy rainy day, it was an odd day. The shy, dawn sun peeked through a translucent, hazy screen of white, reflecting upon an exotic mix of pale reds and vibrant oranges, contrasting with smoky greys that painted god's canvas. There was a trail of liquid beads on the lush greenery. Jimin slide the fogged window, trailing behind a thin layer of left-over rain fall. The grasses were tainted by the sweet fragrance of rain mixed with an earthy smell attracting tiny birds which pecked the ground in hopes of pink worms. Jimin was up and early, ready to face the day. Head to school, survive, get food, and go home. A rather simple plan, an easy one at that. The day was going to be a quiet, perfect, lazy clouded season, perfect for sleeping. The thought of his bed made Jimin tired already. His only objective was to get through the day. Or so he thought. 

"Eh... Really? Jungkook's really not interested in any blind dates? That's such a shame, he's pretty good looking too. Speaking of which, there's this girl who seems kind of into you! Her name was... Jennie I think! I already gave your number to her so you're all set to go!" After a good while of Taehyung's rambling, one thing happened to catch Jimin's attention, and that was the talk of Jennie. "Who is this Jennie anyways? Why on earth would she be into me?" Jimin replied, foreign to these kinds of things. "Well... Do you remember the Elective Course Lecture we had last year in the Auditorium? She was in my group for an assignment we had. She had both the looks and the personality. But, what's the main focus is that she seems to be interested in you!!" The news left Jimin mouth wide open. "What! Really?!" Taehyung stared at him for a moment before speaking. "Okay Jimin. You're literally on the 'cutest guys on campus' list. How do you not know these things?! I told Jennie that you were my friend, she was almost immediately hooked onto whatever I had to say! I set you guys up on a blind date, you better be grateful for me!!" This was all too new to Jimin, who was rather oblivious to his surroundings. Obviously. 

Jimin's mind was going on a roller coaster on a day that was suppose to be spent peacefully. "W-wow. I've never been on a blind date, and it's my first time someone's been interested in me... I wonder if-" Jimin's trail of thought was cut short when a he heard the familiar 'ding' hit his phone. "It's him!! Read it, read it, read it!!" Taehyung nearly jumped, a couple of giggles followed. 

Unknown:  Hello, Is this Park Jimin? This is Jennie Kim. Has Taehyung told you about me? I'd like to meet you sometime this week if that's alright.

'contact added: 'Jennie' '

Jimin was a bit shocked by the straight forward response. "S-she says she wants to meet this week..." Before Jimin could even continue, Taehyung immediately replied. "Say yes." "Yes?" "YES!" And with that, the short discussion on whether Jimin should go on the date or not was set in stone. On the other side, a similar 'ding' was sounded. 

Maybe Jimin: Ah, hello! This is Jimin. I think I'll be free on this Saturday.

Jennie: Can we meet at Daehagno at 2pm on Saturday then?

Jimin: Sure, I'll see you then!
