The smallest Gaster Blaster ever seen popped into existence in front of her, floating a foot higher than Jillian's head.
"Greetings, Jillian. How may I assist?" The Blaster answered in a soft female voice.
"Bitty, can you get us home?"
"Scanning for Home. Scanning... scanning... scanning... scanning. Scan fail. Data Corrupt. Home not found."
"What do you mean: Not Found? Your scanners may be malfunctioning, run diagnostic and then scan again."
"Running diagnostic. Diagnostic complete. All systems fully functional. Magic level at 100%. Running scan for Home. Scanning... scanning... scanning... scanning... Scan fail. Data overwritten. Home not found. Error. Correction: Two Locations-. Error. Correction: Eight Locations-. Error. Correction: Twenty-Three locations matching Home signatures found. Error. Data incomplete. Error. Data Overwritten. Error. Data Corrupt, data Corrupt. Error. Data Overwritten. Scan complete. One location matching Home signatures found. Shall I take us to this location?"
"We just went from two to eight all the way up to twenty-fucking-three. How are we back to fuckin' one?!"
"Swears!"
"Not right now, Pappy! At this point you are old enough to hear this shit and I reserve the right to curse. Look, I need you two to trust me. I want you both in the safe room... Now! I don't know what we're gonna be heading into and don't forget to set the puzzle lock this time. Bitty... take us Home."
"Returning to Home in 3... 2... 1-"
The whole truck was engulfed in an electric blue fire that flickered and sparked for a few moments before it flashed and the truck blinked out.
It took a very long time for the truck to blink back in but when it did Jillian was confused to say the least. At first she thought Bitty had taken them to the wrong place. The sky, she could see the sky and the sun, and it was all tinted crimson red.
"Bitty, where are we?"
"Scans indicate that we have arrived in Snowdin."
"Are you sure?" Jillian opened the door but there was no cold, there was no wind. She stepped down into what should have been snow; it puffed up under her feet, "This isn't snow..."
Jillian reached down, dipping her bony fingertips into the stuff and taking a closer look. [Dust...?] She looked around. The place was practically a desert. [So much dust... How many would it take to leave this much? It's like someone slaughtered the entire inhabitants of the Underground a thousand times over.]
"Bitty, run a scan on the code of this place. I need you to tell me everything you can about this place.
"Scanning. Scanning. Scanning. Immediate Location Confirmed: Snowdin. Timeline: Swapfell"
"Swapfell? What the hell is Swapfell? This place doesn't -look- like Snowdin, not our Snowdin. Looks a little more... beat up... then I remember."
"Correct. This portion of Snowdin shares coding from the Swapfell timeline but further scans show that -this- Snowdin also shares coding from at least eighteen other timelines including but not limited to:
Undertale, Underswap, Underfell, Underlust, Swapfell Underfresh, Undertale Mob, Outertale, Flowerfell, Dancetale, Dreamtale, etc.
Coding of the various timelines have been reconfigured and re-coded to form an amalgamated version of Underground. As a result this Snowdin shares various similarities to -all- Snowdins."
