of course he has his own demons that he fights at night, but what about you? Either way, any of these guys hate that they can't protect you from the fears that lurk inside your mind. He wishes he could destroy them and reassure you that you're safe.

Tony Stark/Ironman: whenever you wake from a nightmare, you absolutely cannot go back to sleep. You usually go and drink heavy alcohol to get those images out of your head. Tony usually wakes up when he doesn't feel you laying with him anymore. He will go as find you, joining in on your little party.

Steve Rogers/ Captain America: You frequently have nightmares about the things you've don't in your past life. You usually wake up with a jolt and tears, Steve automatically pulls you as if protecting you in his sleep. Even while asleep, he can feel when you are in distress. Sometimes he wakes up and you two take a shower to ease your nerves.

Thor Odinson/ God of Thunder: you talk in your sleep. You usually sound scared and helpless. Thor swoops in and cradles you as you talk it all out and ease yourself back to a soft slumber. The next day he will wait until you come to him to tell about your terrible night terrors.

Loki Laufeyson/ God of Mischief: you don't really react to having a nightmare. you are so used to it that it doesn't affect you anymore. Maybe a toss or turn, but you just deal with it. The next day your usually moody or down, cut off from Loki. He usually has to put a spell on you to get you to open up about your nightmare

Clint Barton/Hawkeye: your dad, who is a former agent of shield, abused you when you were a kid. Badly. Whenever you have a nightmare, Clint has to wake you up because you thrash in your sleep from all the covers you have piled on top of you. He holds you and waits for you to fall asleep in his arms. It usually takes all night and it happens too often.

Hulk/Dr.Bruce Banner: He knows a lot about nightmares. You usually wake yourself up and call him late
in the night, telling him about your nightmare.

Spiderman/Peter Parker: same with Bruce. Only he usually comes to your window and holds you for a while as you cry.

Peter Quill/ Starlord: You're deadly when you have a nightmare. You lose control and black out, everything you see is pitch black as you nearly take Starlord out with the knife you keep close to you. Usually a kiss will wake you up from your trance.

King T'Challa/The Black Panther: You whimper and cry in your sleep. He wakes you up and holds you protectively as you fall back asleep.

Dr. Steven Strange/The Wizard: you wake yourself up and gasp loudly, holding onto anything close by. Usually Strange is next to you and when you grasp him, he wakes up and questions you about your nightmares. Usually you wait until morning so you don't have to tell him each and every detail.

Peitro Maximoff: He died before you could have a nightmare (I had no inspiration for this one I am sorry!)

Vision: (no inspiration either)

Scott Lang/Antman: you kick in your sleep. Scott will wrap his hands around you and cuddle you until you are safe.

Wade Wilson/Deadpool: You rarely get nightmares but when you do, you laugh. Yes, I said laugh. Maybe it's a psycho thing. But you laugh through your tears. It scares Wade. And you. And anyone you tell that to.

Bucky Barnes/Winter Solider: Bucky usually wakes up and blacks out for a few seconds. But you flat out scream. It's a bloody wailing sound. You cry out for somebody to save you as you toss and turn. Bucky usually wakes up in horror and flips on the light, waking you up. You have to sit there and grasp on him as you shake uncontrollably. He makes you tell him about your night terrors.
