The beginning

LEVI'S POV

I sit by the window in the kitchen watching the sun rise as I sip on my tea. "Ah, it's cold now."
I mutter under my breath as I take a big gulp to finish it off.
"Goodmorning Captain!" Sasha says as she makes her was in the kitchen prepping for breakfast.
"Morning it is, but good? Not even close. Levi replies in a deep annoyed tone.
"The chickens we found are laying Captain, would you like some eggs for breakfast?"
"Anything hot would be fine Sasha."I say as I wash my cup and then head to the stove to start another pot.
The rest of the cadets slowly make their way to the table yawning and stretching trying to wake themselves.
"Better get a move on with the food Sasha you've got an army gathering behind you." Connie says jokingly.
"If you'd help me set the table and stop talking we could get breakfast going a lot quicker" Sasha says in a bratty tone.
"Both of you shut the hell up and get to moving." I said to them walking out of the kitchen.
"Where is he going?" Eren asks
"Does it really matter where he goes?" Mikasa says in a low tone.
"Eggs are ready Captain!" Sasha yells down the hallway.
"If you yell at me again cadet I'll string you up by your toes off the wall and let the titans scratch at you."
"I'm so sorry Captain!" Saluting me with the spatula still in her hand. "It wont happen again!"
"Damn right it won't, eat up everyone we have two new cadets coming this morning and I need this place scrubbed from top to bottom! I do not like living in filth. Once you're done eating and cleaning the inside get outside and get a run in you're all looking like slackers the past few days. I will be back in an hour with the newbies when I return you better be finished and running, Understood?"
"Yes Captain!" Everyone shouts and saluting
Ttm (thinking to myself)
(At least the brats listen now, if only I could improve their cleaning skills I'd have a decent team again.)
