It was also amazing, too. Susie was flawless when it came to being a bad guy. Actually, no. Susie does have her moments of a genuine, good guy. Susie...

Susie is a tough painting to understand.

"Ohhhhh, OK. I get it!" Lancer smiles rapturously, "Thank you, purple girl!" Susie, Ralsei and I were puzzled, "... What?" Susie asks, her voice hoarse but quiet. I wasn't expecting such an optimistic response. I expected a frown from Lancer, considering how young he acts. If someone told me I can't accomplish nothing, I frown. But...

Maybe this is like déjà vu of what happened when Susie and I first met and battled together. Damn. Susie must really love to crush people's dreams. So rude of her.

"Thanks! It was kind of you!" Lancer blesses Susie, "To teach me how to be scary! With an evil laugh!" Lancer added. "Hey, I wasn't..." Susie was confused, angry, irritated, and sweaty. She was even stammering on her own words. Something people like her don't do. Unless caught off guard. And Susie was definitely caught off guard. "And now...!" Lancer grins, "You're going to be thrashed! AHHHHH HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!" Lancer cackled. I admit, it was pretty impressive.

"Merry Christmas!" Lancer flees.

Susie steps back, "I guess that's kind of an improvement..." Susie mumbles. I nod, "You're a great teacher, Susie!" Susie looks at me and scoffs. I wonder if it was playfully or she really meant it.

Guess I'll never know.

And then we were put into battle.

After the battle, we continued our journey when Kris, Ralsei, Susie, and I reach to a puzzle. "Oh, look! Another puzzle!" Ralsei beamed. "Oh no." Susie resents. I giggle, "Oh yes!" I wasn't a big fan of puzzles myself but seeing Susie being resentful and complaining, I will make sure her precious moments will last. Because I'm a good 'teammate,' that's why.

Ralsei smiles, "Let's read the instructions!" As Ralsei heads to a sign he jumped, "H...Huh?!" Ralsei perturbed, "The instructions are vandalized!" I look at Ralsei, "Does it say anything at least?" Ralsei nods, "It says, 'Thoust fools, thou will NEVER figure it out now!'" Ralsei imitates. I wonder who spoke like that. I don't think we ever came to meet anyone with a language of old times.

"Ruining instructions... That's definitely against the rules!" Ralsei points out. "Then it, um, says, 'P.S- I make my own rules. – RK.'" Susie utters, "Well, that explains that." I nod, "Yeah... But who is RK? I never heard of 'em." Susie shrugs, "Lancer's secret identity?"

I shake my head, "Sure... NO! RK must be someone different. Could they be linked to Lancer though?" Susie shrugs again, "Could be. RK did attempt to stop us with this damn puzzle." I nod, "Yeah. You're getting somewhere. Guess doubting you was a mistake after all" I smile as I tease Susie. Susie returns the smile with a half one. I was quite relieved when Susie didn't take my teasing offensively. But, all my relief flushed away when Susie growls, "What do you mean 'doubting' me?!" I reply with a simple giggle.

"There it is." I thought, mentally smiling.

Susie walks over to a spiked fence and smiles, "Why don't we just climb over this spiked fence?" Susie asks. I wonder if she's only saying this from my teases not too long ago. Ralsei blinks, "Umm, because then we'd get impaled and die?" I laugh. Susie grins, "Cool, I'll work on that and you do the puzzle." Ralsei nods, "Umm, try your best!" Ralsei awkwardly tells Susie.

I walk over to Ralsei, asking what I'm supposed to do. "It's simple, Y/n! Just press [A]!" Susie sweats, "Wait, who the hell is [A]?!" I questioned as well but Ralsei ignored us. I sigh and walk over to Susie. "Don't look at ME, Y/n. Puzzles aren't MY job... Along with everything else I don't wanna do." I bite my cheek, "They aren't mine either!" I sigh and then cross my arms, "You should get a hobby then, Susie. It might let you get a job." I tease. Susie chuckles darkly, "Hurting people IS a hobby, Y/n." I smile nervously and slowly take a few steps back, away from Susie.
