Chapter11

Ross-

It's been a month since everything happened and Riker ended up going to jail and Kira and Laura got house arrest with community service.

Everything has been going good I guess except for the fact that Zoey hasn't left my side since. Everywhere I go, she goes. I guess she's still shakin up about the whole Riker thing.

"Rossy" She called out from my.. we'll I guess our room.

"Yeah"

"Can you come here please?"

I ran up the stairs and walked into the bedroom.

"Yeah" I said whiling walking over to where she was.

"When can I meet the rest of your family"

"Look Zoey, I told you no" I said about to get up but she grabbed my arm.

"Please, it's been a few weeks since everything has happened and I really wanna meet them, I would show you my parents but..." she trailed off looking sad, dammit, she knows I can't say no to that face.

"Fine"

"Really?" she yelled and I laughed.

"Yeah, really" I said.

"You know... it has been a few weeks since everything happened and we haven't done anything in a while... so do you wanna.. maybe.. go out somewhere.." I stuttered getting nervous.. wait.. why the hell am I nervous?

"Like a date?..." she asked smiling up at me.

"Umm... I don't know.... I mean.. if you want it to be.... th-"

"Yes, Ross I'll go on a date with you" she said cutting me off.

"Okay" I said smiling.

"I have nothing to wear" she whined getting up and walking towards the closet.

"Are you serious? You gave me a whole list of things you wanted!" I said

"Yeah but.. your a guy, of course you wouldn't understand" she mumbled

"What's that supposed to mean?" I asked getting offended.

"Nothing" she mumbled.

"What if.... Rydel helps you?" I asked and she gave me a confused look.

"Who is Rydel?"

"Ohh yeah, she's my sister, we can go over now if you want and meet them" I said

"Yeah, let's go" she said and ran out of the house.

~skip car ride~

We pulled up to the house, got out and

Walked to the front door and knocked.

"Hey Ross!!" Rydel yelled and gave me a hug.

"Hey delly" I said whiling smiling.

"And who is this pretty girl?" she asked looking at Zoey.

"This is Zoey"

"Hi, I'm Rydel, it's nice to meet you" Rydel said pulling Zoey in for a hug.

"Nice to meet you to"

"We'll everyone is in the pool and I was about to get changed..Zoey do you wanna borrow one?" Rydel asked Zoey

"Sure" she said and they both ran up the stairs leaving me alone.

"Thanks for leaving me Zoe!!" I yelled

"Your welcome" she yelled back and I rolled my eyes.

Zoey-

"Okay so do you want the pink or yellow one?" Rydel asked me.

"Yellow" I asked

"Why... because it's Ross's favorite color?" she smirked and I blushed.

"Oh my gosh! Do you like him?" she yelled.

"Shh!! And maybe a little bit..." I said and blushing even harder.

"Yay!! Does he like you back?!" she asked whiling giving me the bikini.

"I don't know... but he kinda asked me out earlier."

"OMG! you have to let me help you get ready!!" she yelled.

"Haha, okay" I said whiling laughing at her.

"Okay, so I'll go in the bathroom in the hallway to change and you can in here" she said whiling walking out.

After I was done putting it on, I walked into the hallway and bumped into someone.

" I'm sorry" I asked whiling looking up and a tall brunette.

He didn't say anything, he just looked down at me.

"Umm, I'm Zoey" I said whiling putting my hand out for him to shake but he just looked at it and back to my face.

"Ryland" he said with no emotion.

"Okay.... sorry again and it's nice to meet you" I said smiling.

"Look, I don't like you, your the girl that got my brother put in jail, so stay out of my way or you'll get hurt" he snapped and walked away.
