Erins POV-
I brushed my brown hair out of my face and looked up. Liam was staring at me
with bright eyes. "Can I ask you a question?" he asked. I smiled and sat
straight up. Today's the day, I can just feel it. Liam's going to ask me out.
"Sure, go ahead." I smiled. Liam nervously laughed. "Do you know if Kitana is
seeing anyone?" he said turning his head. Kitana? He likes Kitana? Don't get me
wrong Kitana is my bestfriend and very pretty. But he liked her and not me. I
blinked. "No, shes not." I said. Liam smiled. "Does she like me?" he asked. "Why
wouldn't she? You're smart, funny and cute." I said. Calling Liam cute wasn't
something new, Liam and I always messed around calling each other pet names, me
taking it more seriously then him. "Great! I'm going to go ask her to go to the
party with me Friday. Erin, you're an awesome friend." he smiled. Friend, is
that all we'll ever be? I watched Liam run up to Kitana and her smile like
crazy. I sighed. I guess as long as they're happy.
"What's wrong with you?" Niall asked walking up to me. Niall was cute just like
Liam. While Liam had brown hair and brown eyes, Niall had blonde hair and blue
eyes. I smiled. "Nothing." I said. Niall laughed. He was the only one that knew
I liked Liam. "Did you hear about Liam and Kitana?" he asked. I nodded. "What
are you going to do?" he continued. "I don't know. Is there anything I can do?"
I asked. "Go to the party with me and make him jealous." he said. I laughed. "I
don't wanna mess things up for him and Kitana. He likes her." I said. "Change
his mind."

I sat on the floor while Kitana sat on my bed. "He's just so sweet." she said.
For the past hour I've been listening to her go on and on about Liam. "So, who
are you going to the party with?" she asked. I shrugged. "I don't know, probably
Niall." I said. "You and Niall always go together and plus I heard he's going
with Morgan." she said. "Then I'm probably going solo." I said. Kitana raised
her eyebrow. "I'm sure Liam has a friend you can go with." I nodded and picked
up my phone.
"Hey Liam! Do you know anyone that would go with me Friday?" I hit send.
"Did you ask him?" Kitana asked. "Yeah." I said. A few seconds later my phone
began to buzz. I picked it up.
"Yeah! How about my friend Harry?"
I wrote back saying sure. Kitana stared at me and I raised my eyebrow. "So?" she
asked throwing a pillow at me. I laughed. "Yeah I'm going with Harry." I smiled.
Kitana's face went white.
