"Here i am, Australia, home of kangaroo fanatic aussies." I mumbled with a sigh from exhaustion and walk on over to the baggage claim. I leaned against the machine and waited for my peter pan suitcase. I love peter pan...dont judge. Instead of seeing wendy peter pan and Tinkerbell, i kept seeing the same old pink suitcase leading the rotation for the other bags. "You have got to be fucking kidding me" i sighed and pinched the bridge of my nose. I took a deep breath, trying to replace the pounding in my head. After a minute of standing there, i walked over to customer service desk or whatever the hell it is.

"Hello may I help you?" the lady asked hunched over and gave me an annoyed look.

"Yeah, um please. my bag isnt in the claim and i-"

"Did you wait until the cycle was done?" she huffed.

"If you'd kindly let my finish before you rudely interrupted me, i would have told you that i have checked the baggage claim and the same pink bag keeps showing up, I'm certain that it isn't there"

I sassed.

"Ma'am, I advise that you go check once more"

"My bag isnt in the right claim, i have a headache and my fucking Tylenol is in the goddamn bag, i advise that you get off your lazy ass and locate it for me before you have to deal with a tired psychotic bitch. Thanks hun." i snapped.

Bitches these day, haven't they ever heard of service with a smile? She looked at me surprised and with her eyes wide as she picked up the service desk hand phone.

"Um a reported bag-"

"Peter Pan bag, coming from new york" I growled.

"A Peter Pan coming from new york has been reported missing, has it been located by any chance?"

There was about a five minute pause.

"Kasey Dawson?" she asked placing the phone on her chest.

I nodded with relief as she had bung the phone back up to her ear" mhm, I'm sure that won't be a problem. okay...thanks" she finished and hung up the phone.

I sighed and ran my fingers the the bangs the hung down.

"They have spotted you bag in London England, Unfortunately It will be about 22 hours before you bag gets here" she finished nervously.

"Fuck" i muttered

"I'm sorry, there is a near by hotel called ibis where you could stay for the night." The lady sighed. Her attitude seemed to change quickly after getting tuned up didn't it?

"I don't think you understand, I start college in two days, I can't waste a day waiting for my bag" I huffed and pinched the bridge of my nose again.

"Like I said, there is a near by hotel and local shops are down the road."

The lady did once more in a high pitched Australian accent.

I ran my fingers through my hair and realized her accent.

"Thank you....and sorry about earlier" I said sincere and frowned.

"Its quite alright, i was the one with the bad attitude first. Good day ma'am" she half smiled.

I sighed. Why did it have to be today? Today of all days? The pounding in my head got louder as I walked out of the airport doors. Right across the street was the ibis hotel.

Good thing i didn't put my wallet in my bag or i would have been screwed.

I walked through the doors and up to the desk where a tall and lean male stood.

"Good day las, and how may I help you?" he asked with a friendly smile.

He looked roughly in his thirties, and i have to be honest, the way he looked at me was pretty creepy.

"Id like a room for two days please" i said getting my credit card out of my wallet. This is going to be a bug chunk of my school money. I really dont think skinny jeans, beanies tank tops, tee shirts and a couple crop tops will do it here. I handed him my card and ran my first gets trough my hair for what seems like the sixth time since this whole ordeal.

"Here's your key, B37" he announced and handed me a silver key card.

"enjoy your stay" he added as i started to walk off. I don't even care to thank him. I'm so exhausted. id like to go explore a bit, but I need to get rid of this headache first.

I took a ride up the elevator to level B and waked down to door 37. When I walked in, I have to admit, I was pretty amazed by the room.

It had one king sized bed in the middle of the room aside a wall, a bathroom on the Right as soon as you walked in, along with a tiny kitchen, a dinning table amongst the left wall, a couch, and near by was a coffee table and a chair near the end of the bed but plenty of room to walk between.

I felt my jaw tighten as I let out a small yawn. As I looked at the clock that read 8:30 am, i dragged myself to the bed and laid down. Thankfully, the curtains were closed, and only a small lamp on the nightstand remained on. Reaching over I turned the light off grabbed onto the covers and closed my dreary eyes.

I woke up to a nock on the door that seemed to get louder and louder.

"Fucking room service" I groaned and somehow managed to get out of bed and wobble to the door.

I took in a deep breath then opened the door.

"Is there anything you need miss?" The rosey red cheeked woman asked.

"No thank you" i yawned then added "excuse me"

"its quiet alright miss, it is after all early in the morning. I tried telling them that 6am would be too early but-" she started before I widened my eyes in shock.

"Six. am?" I asked in surprised amplifying the 6.

"Yes ma'am!" she said with a giggle.

"I must be on my way, good day!" She added and walked away with a bright smile.

I closed the door and walked back to my bed. I took my phone out of my jean pocket hoping there was still some charge left. Crossing my fingers i pressed the button and the

SAMSUNG

Label popped up in a shiny purple color. I watched it carefully then looked at the battery percentage. 47%.

Then good news is that its at least half full, but my charger is in my bag. I looked at the date and the time on my phones clock. Its August 5, 6:05 am. Wow, I slept an entire day away, the whole 21 hours I sat awake on the plane.
