Dean was staring down into her amber liquid as it twirled in her glass. There was no reason for her to be nervous, but she was.

The longer she stood at the bar the worse it got. It wasn't her first time here, nor was it her first night seducing a woman.

Yet, the knot in her stomach kept getting bigger and bigger. She raised her glass and downed the whiskey in one gulp, closing her eyes as the heat slid down her throat and stomach.

She opened her eyes and went to lower her head back down when she spotted the red head at the end of the bar. Dean let her eyes linger as she took in the beauty that had snuck in without her seeing.

Her long hair was pulled off her neck, exposing the delicate curves to tempt everyone that was here.

The thin straps of her dress were all that covered her shoulders, and Dean let her eyes linger over the lines and soft curves that she always adored.

The woman sat there with a drink in her hand, trying to look like she wanted to be there, but Dean could see the nervousness that the woman tried to hide. When a tall, blond woman wandered over and started speaking to her, Dean had the urge to save the red head from the blonde's advances, but she stayed where she was and motioned the bartender for another drink.

Her glass was quickly filled, and Dean watched as the blond gave a nod to the red head and then walked off.

Dean looked back over and was caught instantly by the blue eyes of the woman she had been watching. A small smile came across the red head's lips before lowering her face back down to her drink.

Dean grabbed her glass, walked over toward her, and took the seat right next to her.

"I think you just broke her heart," Dean said motioning toward the retreating blond.

"I imagine she will be just fine by the time the night is over."

"Do you mind if I sit here?" Dean asked as she glanced down at the tight black dress that hugged every curve the red head had. When she saw the woman shake her head, Dean relaxed in her seat. "I'm Dean."

"I'm Jessy," she said as she lifted her eyes from her glass to get a good look at the raven beauty sitting beside her. Her black hair was just long enough to hang over the top of the collar on her shirt.

"It's nice to meet you, Jessy," Dean said as she caught Jessy looking at her. "I don't think I've seen you in here before, and I would remember if I had."

"It's my first time here," Jessy said as she tried to relax in her chair. "I've just moved here for a new job, and I was told this was a good place to be seen."

"And are you trying to be seen?" Dean asked as she turned to face Jessy. She brushed her leg along Jessy's thigh as she slowly turned.

"Yes," Jessy said softly and then lowered her reddened face.

"Well, then I should leave you to your evening," Dean said and started to rise but a hand coming down on her knee stopped her. Dean lowered herself back to her seat and looked across at Jessy.

"Would you mind staying?" Jessy asked glancing up at Dean.

"Of course not, but you're not going to get much action with me sitting here." Dean couldn't stop her hand from lowering down on the delicate skin of Jessy's shoulder. An instant heat went up her arm and made its way through her body.

"I had a lot more courage before I walked in the door." Jessy took a sip of her drink and sat it down on the bar in front of her. She brought her hands down into her lap.

"There's nothing to be scared of Jessy, not here. They may all make their way over to you as the night goes on, and many would be willing to do anything to take you home at the end of the night.

But no one in here would ever hurt you or force you to do anything that you didn't want." Dean lowered her hand down on top of Jessy's which was gripped in her lap. "You can relax here Jessy, and I won't leave if you don't want me to." She felt Jessy's hand turn and wrap around her hand.

"So, where did you move here from?" Dean asked while letting her hand linger in Jessy's.

They spent the next hour talking and laughing as they each shared stories of their lives. Dean bought Jessy enough drinks that she was finally able to relax. The more relaxed she got, the more her hands started to wander over toward Dean.

A soft caress against her arm is how it started, but the longer they sat there together, the more courageous Jessy became in her touching.

Dean finally captured the hand that had settled on her thigh and pulled it up to her lips for a gentle kiss.
