[Mate?]

1 Year Later...

- DELILAH'S POV -

"Have you found your mate yet?" I asked Venix. He looked at me before shaking his head, "Do you.. like someone?" I asked again. Venix side before Fixing the sword he has in the side of his waist.

"Yeah.. I do." He said. When I heard those words, I was hurt. I have a crush on him for a very long time.

"I think I have a theory of why he hasnt found his mate yet." Uncle Max said looking at Uncle Jordan. He nods and gestures us to sit down.

My mom and Dad, with Uncle Jordan and his son, traveled to Aquera Village where we go see Uncle Max.

"Since his a werewolf, and his parents is not a werewolf. It's rare for the first born child to seek his/her mate after its birthday. In order to find his mate quickly, who ever he like or love when he was still 15. It has a chance that the person he likes is his mate. Remember, Jordan. That's just a theory." He explained.

After he said that. I saw a small glimpse of Venix looking in my way with a soft smile before looking away.

"Wheres Derik?" He asked, "Derik is with Shad. Adventuring out there." Mom said with a small sarcastic voice. Dad chuckled before pulling her close.

"Aaron. May I talk to you?" Uncle J asked to dad.

After Dad left with Jordan, and Mom left with Uncle Max. Me and Venix played outside Uncle's House. It's snowing outside since in each 4 parts of Xerics have different Weather. After winter here and in different parts of Xerics wilk change all of a sudden. I'm just a stupid hybrid and a witch of something.

"So what do you think about what Uncle Max said?" I suddenly asked out of the blue. Damn.. asking my crush like this is so embarrassing. "I already like someone. But I don't know if she'll accept me." He said with a sad tone.

"Who every she is Venix, she might like you alot." I siad with a smile formed in my face.

- VENIX'S POV -

What. The. Fuck am I going to do!

I liked this girl for years and I haven't even confess to her yet. Delilah is the girl for me. If I found my mate that is someone else, I'll reject that person and be with Delilah.

And in what Uncle Max said. It has a huge chance that Delilah can be my mate. But.. oh no.

What will Uncle Aaron will think? Be being a huge idiot. Uncle Aaron I like your daughter. I thought and I have imagined his response, A boy like you? Not good for my daughter.

What if that what he said when I told him the truth.

15 years I liked this girl but I haven't confessed!

"Venix?" Delilah's innocent voice came. I looked at her and saw a confusion face glued to her. "We're leaving. Let's say bye to Uncle Max." She turned around and I followed her like a lost puppy.

After we said goodbyes, we got into the portal and traveled back to Sparks Island. I was completely sad when I'm done spending the day with Delilah.

"Welcome home big bro!" My litle sister exclaimed when I enter her room. She's just 5, I still need to baysit her. Sometimes I babysit her with Delilah. Until know.. I don't know if Delilah still see me as a big brother or what.

"Soo? Have you told her?!" She squealed. I only told My little sister Verdana that I love Delilah. Just her and her. I told her not to tell anyone by giving her all of my cookies in every dessert in the Kingdom.

She sighed and layed her head in my shoulder while I craddle her, she really wants me to be Delilah. She keeps shipping us, even though she was still a baby she gave us the eye of love. But how am I gonna know she is my mate, I still need to wait. But waiting for months I want to know if Delilah is my mate, I. Can't. Wait. I need my mate now.

Delilah's scent, fluffy and smooth hair, beautiful plain skin, he eyes, her smile..

"Mate..." I murmured while I hug my little V.

Mate... Mate... Mate...

Delilah.

"Mate.. Delilah." My wolf said. I gasp in shock. Everything is happened very fast. I was already in my room and Verdana is already in bed.

"What do you mean our mate is Delilah?!" I yelled, Uncle Max was right. But I have to be sure. I need. To be.. sure!

Tomorrow. I'll visit her.

- DELILAH'S POV -

Boring..

My mom said, earth was her first home. I want to visit.. but with an Over Protective parents and brother I can't go anywhere.

Night High was her school there. So.. if there is a secret magic school in this Earth here in Xerics is called Midnight High

We have 5 hours class until midnight and another 4 hours of class in the morning.

I noticed that Venix didn't came to school. I was bored. Him and my brother are close actually.

I miss him. I want him to be beside me.

"Del?" Looking behind me I saw Fred. I heard rumors that he have a major crush on me, his actually a son of a cheif. In a village called Cerbrum.

"Fred, I told you not to call me that." I growled. I hated Fred. He would show off to people, he would push people that I'm talking to. Last time he and Venix got into a bad fight and ended up getting suspended for 3 weeks. It was the boring I have in my whole life.

"Please. I-I found this cafe near the school, wanna join me?" He asked. With a smile in his face. I blew fire in his face, letting him fall back letting me run out of the school to find my horse.

I ride him until to the portal to Sparks Island, many villagers and pack members wave at me, and me waving back some giving me gifts and nice soothing words.

I saw the gaurds who is ready to take my horse to the Barn. I run and run until I reach my room.

Then so suddenly.

I screamed and saw Venix laying in my bed in his stomach. Snoring quietly. Putting my hand on a fist and opened it, a snowball appeared, with my great aim. I threw it in his head.

"Head shot!" I yelled and laughing at the same time seeing him wake up.

I laughed and laughed when suddenly he whispered.

"Mate.."
