*Two weeks later*
I wave goodbye to Lauren as she walks onto her bus. Mine wouldn't arrive for another 20 minutes so I decide to walk home.
I make my wat down the street and turn left onto Moore Road which led to the country where I live.
Just as I passed the last few houses before farmlands, The sound of and engine roared behind me and I turned to see what it was.
A white Van had just turned from a corner, coming in my direction. The windows were tinted an the driver was too far away for me to see.
I just continued on. All of a sudden my phone began to ring. It was Lauren.
"Hey girl!" I say, unaware of the van pulling up beside me.
"Hey Amber! I left some stuff at your house yesterday, mind if I comeover soon to get it?".
Suddenly, the van groaned beside me and I spun around to see it had stopped. Forgetting about Lauren, I put the phone back into my pocket and made a run for it- but it was to late.
A large object collides with me head and I fall to the ground, completely unconcious.
