Harry's POV
I looked at the clock. It's 10 am and she's still not here.
What's taking her so long? I miss her. Should I go to her apartment?
Someone's knocking. "Come in."
"Hey harry, I'm sorry I know I'm late, Ben just moved in with me and--"
"Ben?" I had a tight grip on the pen I'm holding
"Uh yes"
"Get these files done by 2 am sharp"
She sighed. "But that's too many Harry"
"I'm still your boss and you're gonna have to listen to me."
"Woah. I was just kidding."
I'm just so mad right now and jealousy is invading my mind. I just want to kill Ben already.
"Leave my office."
She stopped smiling. "Okay."
Jennifer's POV
Why is he acting like that again?
I just worked on the files instead but I still can't get Harry out of my head. I thought I'm gonna have fun today here at the office but he's all mad and won't talk to me.
He went out of his office. I immediately acted busy.
"I'm gonna go out. Cancel all my meetings. And you're going go work over time. You can't go home until 10 in the evening."
"B-but--"
"Ben? Then let him go here and fetch you. I don't fucking care"
He walked away. I felt a tear fall down my face. Why does he have to be so mean right now? I need a friend to talk to, to have fun with, that's what I need right now. I need him.
Jennifer's POV
It's almost 9 in the evening.
It's just me in here and the guard downstairs.
I heard someone puking in the hallway. I rushed to the hallway and saw Harry.
I came to him and knelt down. "What happened? Are you okay? Oh my god you're drunk."
"I'm not. Jen do you know how beautiful you are?"
I just rolled my eyes.
"You're drunk"
"Oh of course Ben has already told you how beautiful you are." He laughed.
"Stop talking about Ben."
"Why? Why not?"
I helped him walk to his office.
"Stay there. I'll get you a water or a tea or whatever."
"That's very sweet of you, my love."
"You're crazy."
I closed the door and smiled. My love
I went to the small kitchen and as I was stirring the coffee, someone hugged me from behind.
"I missed you Jen."
His voice
"Harry what are you doing?"
"What do you think I'm doing?"
"I don't know but it feels so uncomfortable so stop it." I tried to remove his arm but I didn't try too hard. I admit, I need this kind of hug right now.
