Austin:" Kristal, What is this?"
You:" What?"
Austin:" what did you do with my beer?"
You:" you drank it all."
Austin has been drinking a lot the past 2 years. His career hasn't been doing so good so you're the only one working and your income alone doesn't help the 3 of you. Yes, the 3 of you. you have a 2 year old son.
Austin:" well what am I supposed to drink tonight?"
You:" why don't you try something new, like water or juice."
Austin:" I'm just going to get more."
You:" wow."
Austin:" what?"
You:" you can't go one night without having a drink."
Austin:" sure I can."
You:" really?"
Austin:" yeah. I-I'll just do something to distract me."
You hear your son crying.
You:" there's something to distract you."
Austin:" y/s? No. He always cries when I hold him."
You:" that's because he knows you're a jackass."
Austin:" but you still love me though."
*Flashback*
It was your first day working at Applebee's. Everything was going good until these 4 boys came in and drove you crazy. One boy in particular really bugged you. He would ask for a glass of water but have you take it back because you forgot the lemon, then once you got the lemon he would be mad because the lemon was too sour. Crazy stuff like that. After a while you had enough and you told him "if you are that worried about the lemon then why don't you go pick your own, Jackass?" And the whole table got quiet. Finally they left and you went to clean off the table and you saw a note. " Thanks for putting up with my crap. Do you think you can put up with it for little longer? Call me"
At the bottom of the note was his number and he signed it
"-Jackass a.k.a Austin"
