So it's the first day of high school and I'm so excited for this year of school I'm expecting to............. study, (and yes I'm a a brainiac but I know how to have fun) learn new things, and prepare for college.

Anyway, on the first day there were tons of new kids: there were the jocks, the nerds, the spoiled rich brat, Natalie (there's nothing wrong with being rich but this girl, she's just a brat.), and last of all you have the weirdos. So as all best friends do when they see each other, I went to greet Annabelle and that's when I saw her staring
at CHAD."Is it me or did he just get any cuter." said Annabelle "

" How would I know I don't pay attention to Chad." I said " You never pay attention to him. I don't see why, every girl in school wants to date him, but not you." said Annabelle. "Honestly it's the first day of school and you shouldn't be staring at boys. I said " Your right come on let's go see the principal's speech at the auditorium." Annabelle said.

We went to the auditorium , at the auditorium Annabelle and I sat with our friends:
Jane, Emily, Anna, Sophia, and Mya. Chad and his buddies were sitting beside us to our left. Principal Wollery gave his speech about the school rules, cafeteria menu, school safety, clubs etc. During the speech I was talking
with my friends, then suddenly
I felt someone staring at me. I decided to turn to my left and there I saw CHAD staring at me, in fact I was looking at his eyes and he was looking at mine and smiling.

I couldn't believe it I was stunned and lost for words. I decided to just turn the other way and just smile like an idiot. If Principal Wollery was saying anything important I did not pay attention.
