Chris POV- When I walked out from under a rock I was welcomed by a view that will be forever caved into my mind a huge waterfall that fills a lake and it is truly amazing for any eye to see. Gaia in wolf form drinking from the fresh water gives me a fun idea. I stalk her slowly coming up behind her and I get ready to pounce.
Gaia POV- The First thing that I do when I come into my safe haven is drink from the fresh water. It fills and refreshes my soul, i drank and drank until. Another wolf pounced on me rolling us both on the edge of the lake, i see it the alpha eyes filling with lust and excitement as he takes control. I try to move but he growls
"You must mate with me before I will step down or worse." I stare at him like he's insane
"What's worse than stepping down?" I ask confused about what he meant "I mean that my own father will kill me, that's what's worse."
He seemed lot stress when he said that. Chris POV- This wolf may be the fucking death of me but I need to be nice to her so I step of and let her sit
"So you're telling me that your own father is going to kill you if you cant find a mate!?" She angrily questions
"Yes. That's why I came to find you. Your family and mine have been at each others necks about something that happened hundreds of years ago." I groan with the thought traveling through my mind again
"I'm sorry Alpha Cerulli for the trouble that I have caused, but."-
"No its not your fault at any point in this. Its mine I have been so caught up with my work I forgot that I needed a mate." I interrupt gaia in her response.
She stands up and look from the water to me and back to the water, then out of no where she runs straight into the water with a large splash. I run after her getting my coat wet, we splash and dive in the water enjoying the moment no care, worries, or fears just fun.
