IT WAS NINE O'CLOCK IN THE EVENING in the human world as what Reu said ago. I remember one of our kind saying that the days and time here is finite. Unlike in our world, everything is infinite and limitless. If He really love humans, why give them ample amount of time?

"Because human had sin." A guy around my age coming out of a room said. "Humans also break His rules. Limitations is one of His punishments to them."

Wait. I thought I was just talking through my mind. How did he-

"How did I hear you?" He laughed. "Im Zach. I've been a carrier since lifetimes ago. So in Carrier time, I'm seventy years old. And of course, I do hear what your mind speaks if I wanted to invade your mind. It's the ability our kind possessed. Wanna give it a try?" He asked and smiled. "Just stay on focus and reached my mind."

It's what all Carriers possessed so I must know how to read minds also. I closed my eyes and tried to focus not until I reached Zach's mind. Suddenly, I just felt I'm trap in a dimension. Meaning I have already invaded his mind.

Hey. Found me?

There. Found him. I heard him chuckle through his mind. You're a fast learner, carrier. Mind me knowing your name?

I smiled and as much as I can do, I tried answering him.

I'm Tam. It's my first time being into this carrier kind.

He frowned. As much as I am concerned, you must leave that historical name of yours Tam.

Wait. Change my historical name? Why and why?

That and that is out of my control. Soon you'll know why and why.

Then his outer soul smiled and turned its back on me.

If you wanna know that, you should start coming with me. I heard his mind said.

I followed Zach. The fact that I also want to know about this whole thing.

Zach lead me upstairs. We stopped by a room that has an eerie aura. If I'm going to live here, I must learn not to let my body shiver everytime I pass here or maybe I should just avoid this room. The next room was more of a training room. There's some armoured carriers and some fighting with daggers, arrows with their wings on?

Right before we pass the room, I've seen a girl around my age shooting an arrow against her partner.

She's a Carrier too and she's too gorgeous to be fighting like that. And she's-

Before I could finish, the girl looked at me and smiled, then without looking at her target she shoot the arrow at him. Her partner blaze in flames and disappeared. The scene made my heartbeat race and made me sweat. It is thrilling though I've seen these scenes so many times, I can't take time watching it.

"Actually, she did hear you. Frankly speaking, that guy in fire was a hologram." Zach said. "We're here." he opened the door right infront where we stop.

The room was three times bigger than the rest of the rooms and it is painted in dirty white. As soon as Zach opened the door, A big size painting of the safe haven hanging on the wall caught my eyes.

As I took a step closer, I get to see the painting off my size more precisely. I noticed that that is not only the safe haven but all the Watchers and Carriers that used and was currently living here for lifetimes.

Out of the blue, I found myself staring at one of the angels. He is blonde like the others but the shade is much brighter. His eyes were brighter than the rest. His lips were pale but is still catchy than the rest. But what caught my attention is the girl that clings her arms to his. A girl smiling like there is no tomorrow. Brunette hair. Hazel andl lively eyes. Guess they are lovers.

"His name is Nathaniel and that feasty girl beside him was Ava. They were so inlove in that picture painting. No wonder why Nathaniel glows like that." He laughed as if he was telling a lame joke.

"Are they here?"

He shook his head and throw a sad face.

"Nathaniel barely visits the haven. As for Ava, she's been hiding for lifetimes, or maybe, she won't let us find her. I think Nathaniel's finding her and tipping the scales."

"Why is she hiding?"

He stopped walking and so did I. He face the groundwith a gloom in his eyes. "They just both vanished from the haven leaving us out of clues."

I know that he knows the reason why they left but he didn't tried to tell me and I don't even have the right to know.

He lift his head up again and throw a faint smile.

"You're way farther than I thought." then he opened another door.

Wait! I did not saw that door awhile ago. Where did it came from?
