It was my first day in Arizona we found a hotel and my grandparents was there to meet us. My grandparents got us a car. We went house hunting on base. We found a decent house we liked and we bought it. My dad bought me a trampoline we put it up and then I got to jump. I was jumping on my trampoline then there was a girl that lived behind me and she was jumping on her trampoline in her yard. She was copying me and I was copying her then she yelled across the yard and asked what is your name my name is Victoria. I yelled back and I said my name is Vanessa. Then Victoria said nice to meet you do you want to come over and play I will ask my mom. I said ok let me ask my mom. My mom said yes let me say hello to her and her mom. I went out back and I said my mom said yes she would like to say hi to your mom and meet her. Both of our moms met each other and me and Victoria went out back and played and I met her dog Baby. Then we went to my house. This is my cat Dorito and Dew. The cats walked up to Victoria and let her pet them.
We had a lot of sleepovers then 2 years later I moved off base and lived there for 10 years. I moved in my new house on a school day and it was my very first day of school my mom and Dad walked me in and I met this boy named Jonathan he had Down syndrome. I learned sign language. I would always hang out and play with Jonathan. I had a IEP in school and I was in special needs classes. I liked all my teachers in school.
