Yugyeom and you have been best friends since diapers. But you both had feelings for each other.
You were sitting in his room, crying. You found out your boyfriend cheated on you. So after breaking up with him, you went to your best friend. He opened the door and you broke down into tears.
Yugyeom brought you some tea to calm you down. You sat on his bed, looking down.
"Yugyeomie?"
He looked at you.
"Can I stay the night?"
He nodded and smiled.
"Of course."
He let you borrow some of his clothes.
You walked out of bathroom, dresses in his hoodie. Yugyeom felt his heart thump as he saw you in his clothes.
"You okay?"
You nodded.
"I guess I felt it would happen. We were drifting apart. But it doesn't mean it hurts less. I guess I just wasn't good enough for him."
Yugyeom felt angry.
"No. You are perfect. He just didn't know how to appreciate you. You need someone to love you, take care of you and be all about you."
You watched him talk, with a soft smile.
"I guess I cheated on him, too."
Yugyeom looked at you, surprised.
"What?"
You shook your head.
"Not physically but mentally. I was in love with someone else. I still am."
Yugyeom nodded.
"Oh."
You smiled at him.
"You."
Yugyeom felt his heart racing. He turned to you and smiled.
"I love you too."
You smiled as he leaned down and pressed a kiss on your lips.
