Namjoon: you go to Philadelphia. You visit every single museum and historical site until he knows more than the guides. When you visit the federal mint, he discovers that it has nothing to do with food. To make it better, you go and get cheesesteaks at Dalessandro's (I am not starting a Pat's or Geno's war here). You go to a baseball game, a football game, and a hockey game. You both like football, but Namjoon doesn't know anything about it and roots for the other team because he likes their colors, earning glares from the other fans. At the baseball game, he likes the game but he's distracted by the Philly Fanatic because he thinks it's funny-looking. But, at hockey, he's completely focused.
Jin: you go to Quebec. He wears so many layers that his shoulders can barely fit through the doorways. You go to the Ice Hotel and he jokes that he's going to lick it but you frantically try to talk him out of it and he laughs. You go tobogganing together and then go and eat an entire pot of cheese fondue. Throughout the whole trip, he likes to throw snowballs at you when your back is turned. You go dogsledding and he decides he wants to take a sled dog home. You don't let him.
Yoongi: you go to New York City. For lunch, you go to Serendipity 3 and split a frozen hot chocolate. You walk around Central Park for hours, partly because it's peaceful and easy to talk and partly because you both get lost. After you ride the subway, he decides that the announcement over the PA system is definitely not English, and you admit that you can't understand it either. You go to the Met and he's fascinated by the art but still blushes at the nude sculptures. You go to the Empire State Building at midnight. You think it would be fun to take the stairs and he reluctantly agrees but you both get tired after only five floors and decide to take the elevator instead.
Hoseok: you go to Maine. The water's freezing, but somehow he can swim for hours while you eventually get too cold and go lie on the sand. He takes you out for lobster and can't stop laughing at the bibs, and then when it arrives, he has no idea how to open it. You go to the beach late at night and lie down in the parking lot and look at the constellations. He has an app that tells you which is which and gets super excited pointing each star out to you. You go out for ice cream and he insists he isn't hungry but then eats half of yours along with his own.
Jimin: you go camping. He acts like he knows what he's doing but actually has no idea. He has a terrible sense of direction so eventually, you decide to lead the way instead. He brings all sorts of unnecessary things that make his backpack super heavy, like a giant blanket and a hammock, but he never complains about it. You distract yourselves from being tired by singing, loudly and awfully. When you get to the top of the mountain, you're both exhausted, but the view is incredible and Jimin picks you up and swings you around, beaming.
Taehyung: you go to Paris. You go to cafés and drink coffee while he practices his French. You think his accent is adorable, especially when he tries to say his "r"s. You spend hours in the Louvre staring intently at the paintings. He drags you into Chanel and buys you a pair of pumps even though you insist they're too expensive and you really don't need them. Then he gets the clerk to take a picture of the two of you on the famous stairs. Every evening, no matter how late, the two of you take a walk along the Seine and talk.
Jungkook: you go to San Francisco. He eats a year's worth of seafood and sourdough bread. You try to keep up but it's impossible. The two of you rent bikes and ride across the Golden Gate Bridge. You go to Alcatraz, and he likes to hide so when you turn around to see where he is, he jumps out and scares you. You go to Ghirardelli Square and bring a bag of scarves and hats so you can disguise yourself and keep walking in and out of the stores to get more free samples. You save money by walking everywhere, but you're always exhausted after the big hills while he's not even winded. Eventually, he feels bad for you and carries you on his back.
