Levi being out of commission is forced back into service by his Alpha Commander Erwin. Not wanting to upset the Alpha he went along with the plan for the mission. What happens when they get back and things unfold in the showers? How will they react...
Levi woke up to the sound of Erwin moving around the room getting dressed in his uniform. He laid in bed watching the Alpha from his curled up position. After a couple of minutes the commander spoke up as he had a grin placed on his face. "Are you gonna continue to stare at me or are you gonna get dressed? I went and got your uniform from your bedroom. We have to attend a court hearing for Nile. Before you ask, no, no one knows it was use who he.. Got a hold of. As far as they know it was just some Omega that was visiting family here in the barracks." He turned to the Omega laying in his bed like he owned it. Erwin had a hand on his hip as one of his bushy eyebrows rose.
The raven haired male rose to his feet as he got out of bed to put his uniform on. He glared at Erwin. "Turn around so I can change, I'm not letting you watch me undress." Levi said with a frown on his face. Erwin let out a deep chuckle as he spun on his heel and faced the corner of his room. "Perv.." Levi muttered as he got the straps of his uniform attached and he pulled on his jacket.
"You done yet?" Erwin questioned but what he received was Levi walking in front of him with his arms crossed. "I take that as a yes." He gently grabbed the Omega's arm as he went to open the door, the male flinched under his touch. "Hey, I need you to try and stay calm out there. He'll get what he deserves, I promise."
Levi yanked out of his grip. "Don't promise things you can't keep Erwin. We both know he won't feel even a little of what I had to go through." The Omega walked out of the room heading to the courtroom and he could hear the heavy footsteps of Erwin running to catch up with him.
Levi stood next to Erwin and Hanji in the courtroom, all of their squads standing behind them. All military forces from all parts of the wall were there as hurting an Omega was a major offence as Omega's were rare.
"I'm assuming you all know why we're here today. Nile Dawk. You have committed the following. Sexual harassment, rape, and went against the king in such regards. Do you have anything to say in this time? Otherwise we will continue with the sentencing of your trial." The judge said with anger seeping from his voice not really caring what the old Alpha had to say.
"Only one thing your honor." Nile let out a sick grin as he eyed the small raven haired male Omega. "Do you want to know who exactly I fucked? Who's virginity I took?" He laughed looking at the look of the men and women in the courtroom. Most had disgusted looked on their faces and others were surprised that he even had the guts to even say a word at a time like this. The man was practically at death's door step.
"That classified information Mr. Dawk." The judge yelled with such authority and disgust it scared some of the troops standing on the jury.
"Well, I know Commander Erwin, my good friend, tried to cover the whole thing up. I know he said it was just someone visiting but it wasn't. In fact, it's someone in this very room." He let out a sickening grin.
That got people talking. Everyone seemed to be singling out all the Omega's in the room, that being 3 including Levi. The other 2 being females in the MP's.
The judge slammed his hands down on the podium he sat at. "Nile Dawk! If you continue to speak then I will have no choice but to kill you here in front of all of these people! Would you really like to die today?" He yelled loudly, a vein popping out of his forehead at how much anger he was expressing but that didn't even come close to comparing to Commander Erwin. The Commander had been letting off a deadly scent. Many of his troops covering their mouths as their heads bowed in submission. Levi lightly elbowed the Alpha with a look on his face. The blonde realized what he had been doing and lessened his scent but it was still there.
"Throw me to the titans for all I care, I got to fuck the one and only Captain Levi Ackerman! Do you have any idea how tight he felt? Mhh, gives me a boner just thinking about his sweet ass. The little slut getting wet knowing he was gonna take me in." People seemed to gasp out of shock at the fact that Levi had been raped by such a weak man and how fast the Commander moved.
"You think this is some game you sick fuck?" The Alpha in Erwin wanting him to kill the man sitting before him. "Hey Hanji! You think Bean is hungry?" The blonde having a frown on his face and only let out a small smirk when Hanji let out a weak yes. "Looks like you're going to get your wish Nile." He started punching and kicking the man and only stopping when Levi grabbed his arm. Erwin could tell the man was trying his hardest to not break in front of all of these people.
"Stop. This won't do anything for me. You killing him won't let me have my first time back. I have to live with the face that this happened. For now, let him rot in the cell we had Eren in." Levi looked up at the judge to receive a nod in return. He looked back at a bloody and bruised Nile. "Was all of this really worth it? Was I really that big of a catch for you to want to die? If so I pity you. That's one sad as hell life to lead. Yea, you might have got me fucked in the head for a while but I'll move on. You? You'll live a sad miserable life in a cell chained to a wall for the rest of your life." Levi spit on the floor next to the man. "You really are a disgrace to humanity." He grabbed Erwin by the arm dragging him out of the courtroom in front of all units. Everyone was left speechless.
"Everyone knows... they all know Erwin!" Levi gripped his black strands in frustration as he could feel his breath starting to quicken. He slowly slid down the wall trembling softly.
"Hey hey, Levi what's going on?" Erwin quickly bent down next to the corporal looking worried.
"P-Panic.. Attack.." He wheezed out grabbing onto the commander feeling the other's hand move the raven's hand onto his own.
"Levi, I need you to breathe with me. You can do it." Erwin instructed gently. "That's right. In. Out. In. Out." He smiled a bit as he saw he was making progress with him. "Good, you did Levi." Erwin nuzzled the top of the Omega's head but he stiffened as he glanced behind him at seeing people had started to leave the room and we're watching the two. "I'm gonna pick you up, we need to get out of here." He whispered into the corporal's ear as he gently picked the Omega up and moved down the hallway getting away from everyone. How was this going to affect how people spoke and treated Levi? The commander frowned as he could only wait and see what would happen.
