...

Ding Dong!

"Ugh what the hell..?" The doorbell rang again, making an extremely sleepy Taehyung  groan. He rose from the uncomfortable position he was sleeping in and stretched, hearing a few popping noises. Taehyung took out a stick of gum from my mom's purse and chewed on it, making sure his breath was at least fresh enough to talk. Still a little drowsy, Taehyung walked (more like stumbled) to the door while attempting to fix his blond messy hair.

Now fully awake, he opened the door, and there stood a boy that looked my age with a big smile and a batch of cookies.

Cookies.

That's when he realized he was hungry.

It's also when Taehyung realized that he was in a totally different new environment.

With new people.

For the Millionth time.

"uh.. Hello?" Taehyung shook his head and looked up again, meeting the eyes of the worried boy. The blond smiled and cleared his throat. He was a mess, because as Taehyung bowed down and said hello, he did the same and we ended up bumping heads. He stepped back and put his hand on his head, laughing. His laugh was so contagious that Taehyung couldn't help but laugh with him.

"I'm so sorry! Let me try that again." He bowed, coming back up a second later and smiling.

"Hello, My name is Jeon Jungkook! Jungkook is fine though." He thrusted the batch of cookies into Taehyung's arms and smiled wider, showing his pearly white teeth. Taehyung thought they  looked like bunny teeth, which was really cute.

"This is for you! I made it when I heard you pull up at 5 in the morning. I thought you would be hungry so I made you these cookies."

"Oh! Thank you! I have nothing to eat at the moment so we appreciate you doing this. I'm Kim Taehyung. But you can just call me Tae." Taehyung smiled and took the cookies, feeling them still warm. After a few seconds, Taehyung cleared his throat and smiled, still a little hazy from sleep.

"Would you like to come in? I kinda find you interesting, and want to become friends." Jungkook's eyes lit up, while he nodded and shyly entered the cozy house. He looked around while soaking up the beautiful living room. Taehyung gestured Jungkook to the kitchen, apologizing about the lack of furniture.

"Oh no, it's okay. You don't have to apologize." Jungkook smiled and stared at the boy for a few seconds, analyzing his face. He snapped out of it and took a deep breath, tapping the island with his fingers and smiling.

"I'm going to get my mom so you can meet her, she's amazing! Feel free to look around, Jungkook!." Jungkook nodded and pulled out his cell phone to text his mom that they had new neighbors.

Taehyung finally came downstairs with his mother and shot them a smile, getting up and bowing before sitting back down. Taehyung's mother smiled at the gesture and sat down on the on the chair across from him.

"Hello, my name is Jeon Jungkook and I am your new neighbor. My parent's couldn't came greet you guys with a warm welcome because they are on a business trip, so I am doing it on their behalf."

Jungkook smiled apologetically as he glanced at Taehyung's way, noticing the way he stared at Jungkook. Jungkook blushed and gave him a shy smile. Taehyung returning it back. Ms. Kim stared at the two as they did their interaction, and sighed, "You two are going to be good friends." She smiled and grabbed a cookie from the container, biting into it and squealed.

"These are so good! Did you make them, Jungkook?!" The boy nodded while rubbing the back of his heck, "Yes, I'm glad you like them Ms. Kim." She scoffed while looking at Jungkook and put a gentle hand on his shoulder while smiling, "Please, call me Jina, Ms. Kim sounds like I'm an old lady." All three of them laughed and talk about random things. When Jungkook politely asked why they moved, Taehyung's mother pursed her lips in a straight line while she tensed. Jungkook immediately apologized, but was cut off by Tae.
