SOO-HYUN held the cup of coffee in her hands as she sat at the table by herself, waiting for jimin to come meet her. ever since she killed min-joon, she felt like she needed to kill more people. but, of course, she would never kill her best friend.

"hyun?" a voice said in front of her, snapping her out of her thoughts. it didn't take her long to realize who this person was; they, well he, was her friend, jimin.

"i told you not to call me that..." she mumbled, taking a sip of her coffee.

jimin shrugged his shoulders, "you call me min, so i can call you hyun" he said shrugging his shoulders before sitting in the seat on the opposite side of the table.

soo-hyun rolled her eyes and huffed, folding her arms. "so how's that detective crap going?" she asked trying to make conversation.

"it's all right" jimin replied, "we have some theories here and there but that's it" after he finished speaking, a waitress came up giving jimin his drink as well as a muffin. correction, two muffins. "how has it been going for you? you know with min-joon?" he asked out of the blue, causing soo-hyun to look up at him furrowing her eyebrows.

"it's been fine, i heard he died last night.." her sentence trailed off as she looked out the window, tempting to smirk but kept her saddened look on her face.

"sorry for your loss, hyun" jimin spoke, rubbing her wrists gently, trying to soothe her.

soo-hyun looked down and kept a saddened look on her face as she nodded before looking back at jimin. "it's okay min, don't worry" she replied. the corner of her lips twitched a little, however, she resisted the urge to smile, no matter how much she wanted to.

jimin sighed and pulled his hands back. "oh, here's your muffin. i assumed you were hungry" he handed her the muffin and took a sip from his drink.

"thanks" soo-hyun grabbed the muffin and took a look at it. she gave jimin a weird look "does this have nuts in it?" she asked.

"does it? i didn't see any?" jimin replied, eating his muffin. soo-hyun knew he was lying, she could tell by the way he was looking around.

soo-hyun decided to play along and forced a smile, her anger shown behind it. "oh really, i guess it doesn't then" at that, she, almost, almost, slammed it on the table. jimin was in for a rude awakening.
