"Do you know who it is?" I ask. "I think his name is Mark Thomas" The man says. I nod and walk away. I walk out of the club with Joey, Charles, and ari behind. "So? What'd he say?" Charles asks. "He said yes" I say putting my hand on a tree with my back facing them. "That's good" Joey says.... "Right?!"
"Mark has him" I say scratching the tree keeping me from punching someone. "Mark Thomas?" Ari asks. I nod. "I have to go find him" I say. "You are not going to his house alone! Especially since its getting dark already!" Joey says. "I don't care what you think! I'm going whether you like it or not!" I say and run away. I run deep into the woods. I wanted to be alone.
When I feel like I lost them I stop running and climb a tree. I look down at my hand and see small cuts on my palm. I bit my lip and climb off the tree. I begin to run to my house. I climb the tree and open the window. I strip off my clothes and change into a black bodysuit, black heeled boots, gloves, and a Gucci belt. I put my hair up in a pony tail and climb down the tree.
I walk towards marks mansion. I sneak in through the back. I walk in a dark room, you could hear light breathing. I walk in and hear my footsteps eco in the room. I close the door and lock it, I turn the light switch on
"I already told you! I don't know where she is!"
"Jacob!!" I loudly whisper and go over to the chair he was tied to. He had his eyes covered with a dirty black clothe and ropes around his wrist and ankles. I quickly untie him as tears flood my eyes. "Claudia? Why are you-shit you need-".... "Shh, or we'll get caught, you can tell me when we get out!" I say cutting him off as I wipe my tears away.
I untie the ropes and then take the clothe away from his eyes. They were red . He blinks a few times as his eyes get used to the light. He looks at me and hugs me. I hug him back as tight as I could. "Lets get out of here!" I tell him. he nods and we slowly walk out.
We crawl out through the window and out the backyard. We run to the forest and hide. When we get deep enough we stop running and catch our breath. "What happened?" I ask looking up at a tree not wanting to look at him knowing I would cry again. "I was in the club and a guy gave me a drink and then I got knocked out"..... "I woke up in that room and then mark came in and asked me about you. He said that if I told him where you were he would let me go, but I didn't tell him. He would punch me and hit me if I didn't tell him but I didn't care..... As long as you are safe!" He says
I don't turn around I just look down at the floor and bite my lip. "Are you okay?" I quietly say not knowing what to do since he risked his life to keep me safe. "My face hurts a lot, I can't wait until we go home and I take a warm nice shower" He says.
I slowly nod. "Soo, what'd I miss in school today?" He asks me. I hesitate "umm, uhh, I don't know" I honestly tell him "I went in the morning but then went to look for you" I say. "Oh" Jacob quietly said.... There was an awkward silence. It seemed as if we were complete stranger, As if we had never seen each other or even heard about each other. "Uhh let's go home, we got school tomorrow" I blurt out looking up. I look at Jacob and he nods, I give him a weak smile. He comes over to me and hugs me as we make our way back to our house with our mom.....
