Sparkling everywhere,
I see the smiles of others.
Knowing it will be busy,
I leave my home.
Christmas is here,
Everyone popping their champagne.
I walk into the kitchen,
"Turkey or hotpot?"
The meat is boiling in hot water,
I shout: "it's ready!"
Everyone gathers around the dinner table,
Let's eat now!
I hope the presents are good,
But not necessarily big.
Just something useful,
But not too crazy.
Santa will arrive tonight.
Sleep everyone.
