*This doesn't follow the events correctly but this is what it takes for my babies to be happy together*

Jesus was out today. Riding his horse. Aaron had to see him again. It'd been so long. He could see him. He got closer, closer, and then...

"HA!" Aaron yelled out, tackling him off his horse. Jesus yelped in surpise but the yelp of fear was soon replaced with slight laughter as he realized who it was.

"Aaron!" He shouted, putting up his fists with a playful smile.
"How's that for sneaky?" Aaron asked, his hands going up as well.
Jesus smirked.
"Eh.. Still a bit heavy on your left foot. And! Remember what I said. Don't forget to look up!" He reminded before surprising Aaron with a jab towards his torso. Aaron laughed in frustration, realizing how gullible he was in the moment. They continued for a few minutes more before stopping.
"Not bad." Jesus complimented with a smile.
"Thanks." Aaron replied, mirroring the look.

The two sat for a while making small talk, catching up on everything they'd missed while they were apart. Aaron's heart couldn't help but ache. It'd been so long. He hadn't realized how long until they were here together.
"I've missed you so much.." Aaron whispered, suddenly leaning forward and hugging Jesus, his face burying slightly into his shoulder.
Jesus blushed a bright red at the sudden contact, stuttering a little as he spoke.
"I-I.. missed you too.." He replied, shyly smiling and hugging back.
Aaron pulled back then, clearing his throat, his blush fading along with Jesus's.

"So- uh.. Anyways..." Aaron was about to keep talking when a sudden flash of light and smoke broke through the midday sky. His mouth hung halfway open as his head and eyes watched the stream, trying to locate the source.

"One of ours." Aaron stated knowingly. He was already standing up, as was Jesus. Jesus ran to his horse and jumped on, Aaron following his movements and getting on the back. He grasped onto Jesus's torso and they started riding to the source of distress.
As they rode off, the sounds of walker growls carried through the wind. A herd was on its way.

The two found Rosita in the woods a bit after the distress shot.
"Rosita! Rosita, what happened?!" Aaron called out to her, jumping off the horse as he did. She seemed to be nearly passed out.
"The walkers.. They're in the woods... They were whispering...." She told them. Her words were broken up and she was difficult to understand.
"Whispering?" Jesus asked. "What do you mean?"
She shook her head. "Eugene. We need... To find him. He's in a- a barn."
She was losing consciousness fast.

"Jesus, we need to get her back. We can ask her about all this later." Aaron said. Jesus nodded. "Yeah. Yeah you're right."
They got her onto the horse and took her back as quickly as possible. But their mission wasn't over yet. They still had to find Eugene. They'd go back out later that night.
