The next day I got up early and got dressed and ready to go see Gaara. I quickly flew down to where we first met and sure enough he was right there waiting for me.
I landed a little ways from him I was about to come up and greet him until I saw other kids throwing rocks and stones at him calling him a freak and a monster.
He was about to start crying that was until I went up to him and ran in front of him protectively.
"All You stop that right now!" I yelled
"Hey look it's that other freak with the wings!" "Lets get her!" They yelled and ran towards me
But before any of them could grab me a wall of sand swept them away. Me and Gaara took of running in the opposite direction.
"Why did you try to help me... now there just going to hate you too from now on." He said
"Because we're friends." I said
"We...we are?" He asked
"Of corse" I said smiling
From that day on we played together every day and became even better friends and that was until school started. sense I was home schooled I knew that we were not going to spend as much time together. So I came up with an idea So we could always be friends together.
After his first day of school ended I took him up to a nearby hill where I had set up a picnic (Like in the top picture )
"You did all this for me?" He asked
"Of coarse... and there was something really important I wanted to ask you."
"What is it?"He asked
"Well... I know we haven't known each other for that long but I feel like were becoming really good friends and I never want that to end so ... Will you let me be your garden angel? I promise I won't leave your side or let you down" I said shyly
He looked at me with a shocked expression "Really you want to be my guardian angel?" He said wide eyed
"More than anything"I said
He hugged me tightly "ok you'll be my guardian angel... Forever" he answered with tears in his eyes and a smile (Like so👇)
