Okuda sat against the wall,practicing using her wand,when suddenly,Wutarik came up and sat next to her. She didn't seem to notice.

Wutarik-working hard,I see!

Okuda-w-wha?!

Okuda jumped back a little,earning a chuckle from Wutarik.

Okuda-oh,s-sorry Wutarik. I-I didn't see you there.

Wutarik-that's alright. It was actually quite adorable watching you use your wand.

Okuda-oh,u-umm..

Wutarik-actually,I was wondering if you would like to take a break from your training so that you and I could hang out?

Okuda looked at the boy confusingly,but gave a small smile and nodded. He smiled back.

Wutarik-heh,then it's a date!

Okuda-a-a date?

Wutarik-well,you see,i've been finding myself thinking about you almost everyday. You're really something amazing,Okuda.

Okuda sighed and gave a small smile.

Okuda-sorry,but I'm afraid I can't say I feel the same. You're an amazing person,and I just know you'd be a great partner,but I already have someone who loves me for me,and that's my devil boy,Karma.

Wutarik laughed happily and smiled at the sweet girl who,he will continue to love,had tried to be as gentle with his feelings upon turning him down.

Wutarik-that's alright. I understand. I won't try to get in the way. I must say,this Karma you speak of is really lucky to have such a fine young maiden like yourself.

Okuda-aww,t-thanks!

He smiled. He loved seeing Okuda happy. She was like a clueless,playful puppy being surrounded by others who loved her ever so much.

Wutarik-you're a very nice girl,Ms. Manami. We truly appreciate having you here with us. And I know Azel may seem harsh,but I promise she isn't that mean. It's just,how do I put it..it's just hard for her to trust people. She's been hurt so many times that she refuses to trust newcomers..

Okuda-I understand that. She's scared. But she just needs to be shown some kindness and support. I'm sure that's all she needs.*small smile*

Wutarik-hmm..perhaps you are right,M'lady. Now if only she could see that..

Okuda-i'm sure i'm right. Karma used to be the same,but me and my friend Nagisa showed him things can and will get better.

Wutarik smiled and hugged her. He decided to help her practice using her wand,so for the rest of the day they were practicing spells and such together.
