I've recently (like 30 mins ago help) seen that Article 13 is a thing and...let's just say I have concerns.
If Article 13 is put into place as it is right now then loads of YouTubers will loose their jobs. Social media sites (especially Tumblr) could crumble. Fandom content will be deleted and stopped.
I don't know as much as others do, but I'm looking further into it.
