Annoying Killer was a bit all over the place. Basically MC the 2nd is a sociopath. His classmates were making jokes making MC II feel annoyed. He then killed his entire class with a pair of scissors. A teacher had seen what he had done and was screaming at him. MC II passed out for some unknown reason. He wakes up to a police man waiting to interrogate him in an office. MC II gets interrogated and then gets moved to a mental hospital to be tested if he is a sociopath. Once he has been diagnosed as a sociopath he gets tested over and over. MC II starts to feel annoyed and kills the doctor/nurse with a color pencil. Police see him and pin him down then arrests him. He wakes up in a interrogation room where he cooperates. He keeps cooperating until he is released 5 years later. He soon remembers the time he killed all of his classmates and starts to remember how fun it was to him. He sets up a way to kill his interrogator since he has his trust. The interrogator doesn't show up so MC II ends up driving to his house and killing him there. Police had been connecting Bloody Painter to the interrogator (if you seen Bloody Painter you will understand). The police see that MC II has killed the interrogator and shoot MC II. MC II dies with a maniacal smile on his face.
