Running....Running....Running.
'I won't stop' I think to myself as I keep running for my life. The growling won't stop.
"GET AWAY FROM ME! STOP IT! DON'T TOUCH ME!!!!" I yell as the creature starts to claw at me.
The growls are terrifying. I hear a faint "Alex...Alex....ALEX!"
I suddenly wake from the horror found in the nurse's office, with James, Cooper, Eren, Lexy and... Elyssa. Why did Elyssa have to be here? Why was she hiding behind James, crying? And why is everyone looking at me like that?
"ALEX! Are you okay? What happened to you? Why did you just yell at Elyssa?" James cautiously starts to move towards me. I rub my the back of my neck.
"What?"
"Eli just came to check your temperature and they you screamed at her 'DON'T TOUCH ME!' and you started to claw at her." he said, pointing at Elyssa.
"I did...that? How? Why? Oh god, I'm so sorry Eli!" I say, standing up and going to her. She is still crying, but she pulls me into a hug. I hug her back, but I feel my cheeks heat up. Suddenly Eren, James and cooper start laughing.
Lexy says, rather loud "Will my ship sail today?" and I notice Eli's blushes like a tomato.
"Shut up." I mumble.
*Flashback time Yaaayyy*
I look up to see a girl with long, wavy brown hair sit next to me. I look back down and continue my drawing of Ciel Phantomhive from 'Black Butler'. The girl seems interested, I don't know why.
"You watch Black Butler?" she questions, look at me with her grey eyes. They look so dull, yet so full of life.
"Yes, do you?" I reply, trying not to sound like I don't care.
"Of course I do! You know that part where Ciel is like 'And just why do I have to act like your niece?' and then his aunt is like 'Because dear, I've always wanted a girl' and then he's like 'You're kidding me!'" she starts talking about the best scene in all of the series, not to mention doing the best impressions ever.
"Actually, yes. I like your impressions, they are quite accurate."
"Thanks, can you do any?"
"Only Sebastian, Mey-Rin and Grell"
"Okay class, we're going to do some basic drawing today. So I would like you draw the person next to you." Miss Jackson says. She starts rambling about not making them look like a horse and actually trying.
"Miss Jackson? Miss Jackson? MISS JACKSON! ARE YA NASTY?" Some kid yelled out. The whole class was silent, then I burst into laughter, then the girl, and funny enough, the teacher.
"I don't get." Eren says.
"Because it's from Panic! At the Disco" Miss Jackson replies, "Continue."
"Okay, do you want to go first or......?" I ask her.
"I can't draw, you can do it first." she says with a warm smile. For some reason that made me smile back.
I start to shape out her head, every now and then I move her head, testing out what I should draw. I settle on a pose of her with her body turned and her head at me. She carefully places her hands in her lap and crosses her legs. After I finish the body base, I start on the hair. Carefully drawing each streak, we grow into a conversation. I learn that her name is Elyssa and that she is just going onto 15 in a few months.
"I'm turning 15 next week actually."
"That seems pretty cool. Anyways, what's your family like?" she asks. That one question still triggers the memories.
"Well, my father is away, he's fighting in a war. My mother isn't here anymore, she cheated on dad, so I live with my cousin, Kyan."
"Oh....Do you like My chemical romance?"
"Yes." I say, glad the subject has changed.
*End of flashback*

And that is our first chapter of NCH. I think I'll make this a really long story.
