Hearing the airplane's wheels hitting the bottom of the concrete to the floor moving me up and down for a split second feeling my mother's hand on top of mine as we were landing. Finally, back home. As the airplane slow down to stop my mother look at me "Come on help me get the bags down Blue." she told me "Yeah sure." I then reassured her. My mom got off her's which was the bright yellow one of course since she had bad luck with them being stolen almost every time time we came form visiting my grandparents, so she bought a color that nobody would like, yellow. Mine was black with a beautiful design of color red roses around them green spikes stems coming out of them. On our way out of the airport we saw my dad coming out since he was all in the back the reason why because he ALWAYS wants to use the restroom and instead of going through the long pathway in the airplane he gets up and it's around the corner. Me and my mother laugh as we see him run towards us with his arms wide open throwing his bags on the floor. "We are back home!" he screamed out loud. I'll definitely miss my grandparents their great stories about how they fell in love and the amazing adventures they had together traveling place to place. It must be nice falling in love, finding that one person who makes you feel like nothing else matter as long as your both together and nothing can come in between. Feeling the fresh air along with the heat from the sun hitting my skin that's how I knew we were back home. Unpacking was always a struggle for me because I don't remember where goes where and I end up putting my shirts where my undies are suppose to go. I decide to put my shirts at the side of my bed, my pants or jeans on top, socks in the center, and my undies on the top left corner. I feel having them separate while finding the place to put them in it's better than just having them misplace everywhere. "Sweetie, dinner's ready hurry up you can unpack later!"she said, desperately. "Yeah! Coming!" I replied, almost screaming at her as she close the door. " She has to call me right when I'm about to unpack." I said, worn out. "Hurry up sweetie dinner's ready." mocking her voice on the way to the kitchen. One thing I love about my mom was that she knew exactly what I always want for dinner, lasagna and on the side of that a glass of orange juice. It was only me, my dad, and mom sitting on the table talking about our opinions on the our new house. "How do you like the house sweetie?" he asked me while eating his lasagna "It's great I like it very much, I finally get to have my own space."I said being so forward to him. He gave me a small chuckle as I turn around and saw my mom giving me a glare look and shaking her head still scooping up her food. I look up at my dad laughing at each other with the knowledge that we were messing up with my mom on the fact by me having my own space. All moms might think wrong on teenagers wanting privacy on our room and I don't mean doing things but really to have space to think, homework, or even just be alone because sometimes it's better having that feeling of peace and silence in your room the time to breathe out the stress. As I was changing to my pajamas I quickly remember tomorrow is Monday my first day back from summer break on to Junior year! Hooray for me! .Not. One of the many things I hate about school is that every year we get remind how much we are growing by going to the next grade level. I just wish I could just stay a teenager forever and not an adult with so much responsibilities. But I guess that's how life is we grow every year living like there's all the time of the world but we really don't. I lay down on my bed grab my phone and the text the person that first came up to my mind Emily ,my best friend, "Hey! I'm back!" texted her typing really fast and waiting patenting for a respond back. "Oh my god! I'm so happy your back you have to tell me everything that happen on your little adventure! ;) " . I knew what she meant by that she's always that person who expects me to have a story on a time I go somewhere or come back form a party or something. But I'm really not that kind of girl I'm just a average girl whose a family person and always about being a "good girl". "You know I'm not that kind of person and besides it was just a three month trip that's it nothing else." " What do you mean it was only three months a lot can happen in three months girl!." "You know what I'm going to sleep goodnight see you tomorrow." As I turn off my phone and put it on top of the drawer connecting it with the charger to I put the string from the lamp, lights out. The next morning I woke up feeling surprising great I felt very relax and took a long deep breath. Like a feeling of relieved but yet still clam & peaceful. I saw my dad enter my room from the end of my feet I see him walking towards me "Sweetie woke up it's time for school." he told me, with such exhaustion. I knew he was not really in a mood probably my mom woke him early just to send me to school since dad's work starts at 2pm and mom's at the morning. "It's fine dad I'll go you can go back to sleep I'll walk, it's not that far either." I reassured him. He let out a deep sigh and nod his head "Yeah, yeah sure ok." he then replied. I than started to get the clothes that was on the side of the lamp and headed for the bathroom and trip over, I heard the laughter of my dad as he handed me his hand to pick me up. I felt so embarrassed not because I fell but because my dad probably I was tried as well in a hungover kinda state, which I was not but it still was embarrassing. I sorta run to the bathroom to get change and headed out for school. The person I see is Emily as always dress very chic with her pinkish dress a little above her knees showing her beautiful legs along with her probably $200 dollars heels, the dress perfectly showed her small waist wrap around a belt. Her wonderful platinum blonde hair so straight yet so smooth bringing out her dark brown eyes, I indeed have a gorgeous friend. On our way to the classroom we bump into Mia my other friend leaning against the wall next to the door. Wearing her favorite jeans along with a bright yellow crop top only showing both of her shoulders fully free from the bottom slightly loose, that even a bit of air can revealed her belly button. Around her neck the the red necklace her grandmother gave her, it's very important to her since she had passed away a few months before school started of last year. She had called me and Emily the day after her passing asking us if we wanted to go to her funeral, I knew who she was and I wanted to give all my respects to her but I also did it also for Mia because she didn't want to be alone. Sometimes we would go to her grandmother's house since she bake the best chocolate chip cookie and fill us up with her delicious desserts, those were the best times. "Hey, Mia how are you?" I asked her while touching her right shoulder and as she turns around. "I'm great, how are you guys." she then replied with what seem a force smile on her face. I knew it was fake but I didn't want her to know that because I knew if I ask why, I have already my answer and I didn't want her to get upset. "We been great!" Emily respond with her cheerful voice. She wanted Mia to smile but not a fake one but a real one which she successfully achieve. She gave us a beautiful big smile and a little chuckle while putting her hair behind her ear. "So, umm you guys have this class?" she asked. "Hell yeah we do!" Emily replied with excitement. "Let's go in the bell rang we don't want to be late on the first day." I told them as we made our way inside. Mia & I decide to sit next to each other since we had a lot to catch up to while Emily sat next one sit more away from us. "What did you did on your summer break?" I told her in a calming voice. "Yeah, it was great I have fun." she then replied sounding not pleased. I didn't want to get into why she didn't seem like she did because I didn't want to upset her. Anyway, I know it must have been hard not spending at your grandmother's house being at her pool and getting tan. I know how hard it must have been for her so I didn't bother her and just say "That's I'm glad you had fun." I then replied with a fake smile which I'm sure she must've seen that but she seem to ignore it. The bell rang it was time for lunch.
