Sana x M!Reader - Silence

Sana's POV

I was seated quietly on the passenger seat of my boyfriend's car. He promised me that he'd take me somewhere today. Wherever that is, I don't even know.

"Y/N," I asked him. "Where are we going?"
He remained silent.

"Y/N!"
"What?" he finally responded.
"I asked you where we're going!!"

He looked at me and smiled. "It's a surprise, dear. It's somewhere you've always wanted to go to."

Well, there goes Y/N, always with his charms and surprises again.

My mind was thinking too much on where he would take me.
I thought,
Would we go to the mall again?
Would we watch a movie?

I really didn't know, 'cause seriously, Y/N is definitely a man of surprises.

I suddenly felt my eyes were drooping. A few minutes later, I fell fast asleep.

3 hours later

"sANAAAAAAA!"
I woke up startled by Y/N's voice.
"Whaat??" I answered him, still sounding very sleepy.

"Get up, jagi," he replied. "We're here."
I looked around and saw we were at a very high place.
Y/N got out of the car and walked to my side to open the door.
I suddenly felt the surge of the cold breeze.

Y/N took my hand and helped me get out of the car.
As I got out of the car, I nearly tripped.
Oh, well, the usual clumsy me.

"Mianhae~," I told Y/N.
"It's okay, Sana-sshi."
He reached his hand out to get me to stand up. I took it, of course.

I closed the door to his car and he locked it with the key.
I observed that the area around us was all grass. It was obviously a park, but somewhere in the mountains because it felt very high and there were a lot of clouds above us.

Y/N held onto my hand as we continued walking, farther away that I couldn't even see the car anymore.

After a few more steps, I saw a bench in front of a tree, perched near the edge of a cliff.

I thought, what does this all mean?

As soon as Y/N and I reached the bench, the fog cleared, as if someone knew we would be there at that exact moment.

We sat down on the bench, and I saw a view of the whole Seoul peeking upon us.

"Daebaaak! It's so cool!"
I was in awe the whole time, just looking at Seoul from a place high up that I didn't even know existed.

"Sana," Y/N suddenly spoke.
"Yes, Y/N?"

"Remember when you told me you wanted to be somewhere quiet? Where no one would ever hear you?"

"Uhh," I replied, confused at first. "Yes? I think?"

He just smiled at me at took me into a hug.
"It's a wish that I wanted me to give you."

And all I felt for those few moments was.

Silence.

"I love you," Y/N whispered to me.
"I love you too, Y/N."

Y/N and I just talked the whole day off, alone, by ourselves.

We stayed there until the sun went down.

Maybe I enjoyed it, maybe not.

But those moments with him, all I felt was silence.

And him, of course.
