From 6.03 - The Three Angelos: In Balthazar's Mansion, The Angels approached Castiel and Angelos with their Blades. Castiel threw his Angel Blade into the Angel's chest, killing him with a flash of bright white light, making him scream and fall to the floor. The other Angel tried to stake Angelos. Angelos ducked, spinning around the Angel to kick him in the back, punching him in the head from behind, grabbing the Angel by the head, pulling it back to stake him in the chest from behind, killing him with a flash of bright white light, taking it out, letting him fall.
Castiel: (voice over from 6.03 - The Three Angelos) "I--and many others including Ava and Los--the last thing we want is to let him take over. It would be catastrophic."
