Nick and Grace true love 4

Aria's coming home

It's Wednesday the 31st October Aria is only 3 hours old. Nick and Grace are in the room alone as everyone else has gone to get dinner. Nick: Grace I'm so proud of you I can't believe you went through all of that for our baby girl.
Later that night Cassie Sam Courtney Anthony and Linda Brandon and Tara are going home. Sam: Are you coming with us Nick.
Nick: I don't want to leave Grace alone.
Sam: she has doctors If she needs anything The only thing staying here will do is keep you up all night on the last night of sleep you'll have in years.
Nick: I'll come home but I'll be back first thing in the morning.
Sam: Grace and Aria get discharged about lunch.

The Next morning Nick goes to visit Grace she is lay in the bed nursing Aria.
Grace: all the pain I went through was worth it I just love her so much.
Nick: she pretty incredible isn't she.
Grace: has Courtney and Anthony gone to school.
Nick: yeah and dad's at work.
Grace: this just feels insane.
Nick: what does.
Grace: us being parents I mean it just hasn't sunk in.
Nick: it's surreal but it's great. Did you sleep last night.
Grace: yeah I was so tired I was in labour for about 17 hours.
Nick: I still can't believe you had to go through all that pain.
Grace: I'd do it again it was painful but totally worth it I mean that feeling when it was over and they placed Aria in my hands was the best feeling ever and nothing could ever change that.
Nick: I've never felt love like I did then I was up all night thinking about you both and how much I love both of you and we're going to be a great family.
Grace: I need to start filling out college applications.
Nick: you don't need to worry about that we're applying to all the same schools and the deadlines aren't for another 2 months.
Grace: whilst we're off school we should start working on them. I've just been stressing more since Arias been born that we need to build a great life with good jobs so we can have a great home and finally be a family I mean we can't live and work with your dad forever.
Nick: so the nurse says you can leave anytime you want. You want to take aria to her home.
Grace: yeah.
Nick drives them home. They get home and bring Aria three the door.
Nick: take a seat I'll take Aria and put her down over here in the bassinet.
Grace: she has to sleep in that in our room for four months and then she can have her own room.
Nick: I can't believe this is our life now it's perfect. We're a family.
Nick kisses her on the cheek.
