Crash Love (Part 1)

*YOUR POV*

I sat on the couch at my friend Chase's house. He had gone out longboarding with a couple of his friends--Gabriel and Drew, and wanted me to watch the house. I grabbed some snacks from the kitchen and brought them back to the couch, sitting back. I turned on the TV, flipping through the channels, finally settling on Cake Boss. I opened the chips and began snacking on them as the episode started.

*CHASE'S POV*

"Are you guys ready for this one?" I said as I turned to Drew and Gabriel who were looking down at the steep hill. They both gave slightly nervous nods when I finished the question. "Let's go!" I yelled as I went down the hill first, perfecting the turns might I add. Drew and Gabriel followed me down. All the way down there was the coolest view of Florida. This is why we loved boarding right as the sun went down. "Gorgeous huh?" I exclaimed. "So cool.." I heard Drew say from behind me. "What do ya think Gabe?" I said, wondering why he had ignored my last remark. I got no answer. I came to a sharp stop and Drew did too, almost falling at my abrupt action. Gabriel wasn't behind us, I got a sudden rush of fear. "GABE!" I screamed, running up the hill with Drew. "GABE?!" We both yelled, trying to find him. "I'M OVER BY THE STOP SIGN" Gabriel yelled back. I let out a huge sigh of relief as I heard the sound of his voice. Drew and I kept running up the hill until we reached him. Gabriel was kind of curled up, his board about 5 feet away from him. "Gabe..what happened??" I asked, running up next to him.

*GABRIEL'S POV*

"I think my board hit something, and I tumbled over here" I said, wincing a bit. "Let's take you back to the house." Drew said. They both helped me up off the ground, and put my arms around their shoulders. I bit my lip in pain as they helped me to the car. They put me in the back and began driving. "You doing ok?" Chase said, looking at me through the rear view mirror. "Yeah I'm alright.." I said, anxious to get to the house.
