A Few Years Later
Naruto sat his window looking at the stars he didn't talk to many people anymore. He hadn't realized that wanting to see someone so bad would make him like this. So many times he's refused eating and visiting Blitz, Bolt, Party Apple, and Sapphire Shine. His friends who had felt like cousins he had started growing apart from them. He wished that there was a way he could see him again. That moment a few years ago was the most fun he's had. Frisk had disappeared a while ago, again. Naruto felt so lonely.
He heard a knock on his door, " Come in. " he said quietly. " Naruto, Twilight wants to talk to you. " Fluttershy said as she let the purple pony into the room. " Hey Naruto, I just wanted to come and talk to you. I was wondering if you're doing alright. " Twilight said as she walked up to him. She hadn't seen him in a while.
She automatically realized things that were different. When Naruto turned to face her she realized that there were dark bags under his eyes showing that he wasn't sleeping very much. His mane had also gotten longer and was a complete mess. " N-naruto? " she asked worriedly. " Do you ever think about what it'd be like without Aunt Rainbow? " Naruto asked her somewhat curiously, as he then turned back to look at the stars. " No, not really, why? " Twilight asked. " I guess you wouldn't understand then... " Naruto said quietly.
Twilight went over to the window and looked up at the stars as well. She pointed out a constellation. Naruto stood up and walked away, tears running down his face. " Why? Why? Why? Why? WHY?! " Naruto yelled as he then shot magic at the wall. The wall crumpled but was soon fixed by the pony who created the destruction. " Why doesn't anypony see what I see in him? " Naruto asked as he turned to Twilight.
Twilight tilted her head in confusion, " In who? " she asked him. " Sans, I haven't seen him in two, almost three, years! (A/n: They were seeing each other in secret for a little while before Sans just stopped showing up altogether.) All because of dad and his father! I just want to see him again! He's not bad why doesn't anypony realize that?! I know he may be a skeleton pony but, that shouldn't matter. " Naruto said sounding a little confused. His cutie mark then began to glow. (A/n: Here's his cutie mark.)

Twilight's eyes widened when she heard that Naruto knew a skeleton. " I know why everyone keeps saying what they're saying. They're very deceptive and they have their own intentions that they keep to themselves. " she explained. Naruto backed away from the door when he heard Discord walking to the door. " Why are you still going on about him? " Discord asked as he opened the door. Fluttershy was behind him, " Discord, just leave it be. " she said in her calm and caring voice. " No, he needs to realize that that pony is nothing but a deceptive brat! " Discord yelled.
Naruto growled and glared at Discord, " How are you so blind?! I thought you recognized it when you saw it! " he yelled. Discord was confused, " What are you talking about? " he asked Naruto. " You love mom yet you can't understand how I feel?! " Naruto asked raising his voice again. " Just spit it out! " Discord yelled. " I thought you were smarter than this! Don't you get it?! You're keeping me away from the one pony that I would give my life for! The pony I lose sleep for! The pony that's on my mind 24/7! I love him and there's nothing that will change my mind! I've been in love with him for two years! " Naruto confessed.
" Why do you even care about somepony like that?! " Discord asked angrily. Naruto was done, he walked over to the window and stood on the window sill. " What're you doing Naruto? " Twilight asked. " I'm leaving. " Naruto said and spread his wings and flew away from the castle. Fluttershy went to the window, " Naruto, please come back! " she yelled as tears left her eyes.
Fluttershy turned towards the doorway when she heard it open. A small little pegasus, with two front lion paws ran towards her, " Mommy where's big brother Naru? " she asked curiously. " He left sweetie but, he'll be back. I know it, let's go get you to bed. Twilight, you talk with Discord. " she said as she walked out of the room with the small pegasus.
Naruto sat on the cliff crying. He just wished someone understood him. " Naruto, are you okay? " a familiar voice asked from behind him. Naruto turned around and his eyes brightened, " Sans! " he said happily and got up, ran over to him and hugged him. Sans hugged him back with a smile, " I missed you so much. " he said. " I missed you too. " Naruto said as he started feeling drowsy. " You seem tired, have you been sleeping well? " Sans asked him. Naruto shook his head, " I've been worrying about you. " he said as he then passed out. Sans laid him down and laid down next to him and whispered,
