Chapter 3

After about 10 minutes, the food you and Yoongi both ordered had come to your table. You had to decided to order (food of choice) which was much cheaper so that Yoongi didn't have to pay a large amount on the check.

Yoongi shook his head in delight as he munched on his chicken tenders.

"These taste better than I thought they would," Yoongi said as he took another bite.

Just as soon as you started to eat, Kai and Xiumin come over with the manager, the one previously present within the dispute of Tony and his outrage. She smiled brightly at Yoongi and (y/n) as a way to greet them.

"Hello!" The lady greets us. "I've heard from one of our employees that miss (y/n) is interested in working for our corporate?"

"Yes! That would great!" You said excitedly, shaking her hand in response to respect.

"Great! I will prepare application documents for you to fill out and return to me whenever they're filled out. Afterwards, we can schedule an interview and train you for your work!" The manager explained as she respectfully went over the procedures to applying.

"Oh, many apologies for not introducing myself formally," the manager said. "My name is Rosé."

"That is a beautiful name, ma'am." Yoongi said while eating.

You slightly punched him in the shoulder so he could fix his manners since he talked with his mouth open while eating.

"Thank you so much!" Rosé smiled.

Rosé also went into depth with management.

"I am the general manager of EXO diner. However, we have sub managers that work as well with assistance and help with food preparation/running. We have three sub managers that will work with everyone throughout the course of a work day." She explained. "Their names are Sunmi, Lay, and Chen."

"Oh, great! I'd love to meet them." You said excitedly as you took the document papers from Rosé. "I'll make sure to fill these out and give them back to you soon."

"It's a pleasure to have met you! Hope to hear from you soon!" Rosé smiled. "Are you guys enjoying your dinner?"

"Fuck yes." Yoongi said before his eyes widened at what he said. "I meant...Fudge yes?" Yoongi didn't seem to care afterwards and continued eating.

"Yes, it's delicious, Thank you." You responded to Rosé.

"I'm glad. Thank you for visiting us! If you need any assistance, please feel free to ask for me or any of our attentive servers." Rosé said as she dismissed.

"Why are they so sweet, I'm confused." You said as you continued eating.

"Why are you confused?" Yoongi said skeptically.

"well, usually people can be mean while working. This place is full of nice people." You said, standing up from your seat.

"Where are you going?" Yoongi passively asked as you stood up.

"Bathroom, need to wash my hands." You said as Yoongi just kept devouring his chicken. Suddenly, as you turned around, you accidentally trampled over a server who had dropped dirty plates due to the startling encounter.

"I'm so sorry!!" You said as you quickly bent down to pick up the plates he dropped.

Somehow, you expected the server to say "you're fine" or "it's okay, don't worry about it" because you thought everyone in this restaurant were nice people. This server just gave you a glare. His eyes seemed to have a light blue contact within them. As you crouched down to pick up the plates, his eyes locked yours with a bored expression, a monotonous one to be exact, while yours were widened with fear and guilt of letting this happen.
