"What would you do if you found yourself face to face with a redo button?"

Lace Daniels, a girl blessed with both brains and beauty, for one, would take that chance immediately without any second thoughts and press it. Because behind her tough exterior lies a past she wants to pretend never happened.

 That's easier said than done.

When Lace's Dad's streak of patience runs out, he decides to quit his job  and move from Toronto to Florida.  Moving to another country altogether has Lace on the edge. Afraid of her past, she's determined to become a wallflower and go through senior year with attarcting as little attention as possible. However, that proves unsuccessful as a confidential conversation with the school's ex-player Blake Penning deems her worthy of the in-crowd. Before she can comprehend what's happening, Lace's giving a helping hand to Blake, his girlfriend Jacky, her recent gay best friend Jace, and the school's surprisingly sweet queen bee Camille Pallieu. Not to mention the mysterious delinquent Cole Shaw, Blake's best friend, who might be out to outdo her at the only she cares about.

As the days pass by, Lace finds herself face to face with the situation similar to the one she had been avoiding for years. Lace soon discovers that she can't just shut these people out, because for once, they care. And slowly, she starts to find comfort in the guy she thought she hated. And he's determined to stop her from falling out.
