April 2058, many families didn't have much and barely made enough money to get by. Around this time the government introduced these experiments or as they call them paid "studies", these studies were targeted at the poor. Anyone could sign up at their local gov center and they would be chosen within 2 weeks, families with up to 6 people could apply.
Once you're, you get free housing, food, and you get paid weekly, sounds like the life right? Well its not these "studies" are used to cover up the governments private experiments to mass produce human weapons and it takes place right under our noses.
November 2058, my family went completely into debt with nowhere else to turn my mom decided to sign up for the paid studies. 2 days after the sign up we got a letter saying that we've been approved and a car will be there to pick us up first thing in the morning.
(I know I haven't written stories in forever but I'm back lmao, I'll put up a cover picture for this as soon as I draw it. This is a story about my OCs, ill upload some pictures of them later in a different chapter. I'll try to make my updates as constant as possible.
