"W-what?!?" Sammy said in confusion. Max pulled out an old police map and set it on the clubhouse table. "Look guys, My pa and his most trained colleges haven't even found this guy so its our job to find him and put an end to this!!" She said bravely. Ariel sighed and agreed followed by the rest if the kids. "Well then that settles it" Alex said.
*time skip to 7:30pm*
Alex throws on a black tee shirt, grabs his keys and bag and drives to Ariel's house. At Ariel's house Max and Loki are conversing over who is going to be bait, Sammy is making sleeping and memory potions and Ariel is messing with her butterfly knife. "So what is the plan guys?" Dani asked with a dazed and sleepy look in their eyes. everyone looked at eachother and shrugged. "look guys, i think we should calculate how this guy gets his victims, we might have more of a chance of catching him." Alex said. Max looked at Alex with a very surprised look in her eyes. "What? i payed attention to the last book assignment." Alex said in a matter-of-fact voice. Max ran to her pa's office and grabbed all his notes and the map. The map had post-it notes on it to mark each attack. "Wait, theres a pattern. Each attack was at adresses ending in 2 or 5." Ariel said. Dani and Alex looked at eachother with fearful looks in their eyes. Alex grabbed his bag and pulled out a letter and handed it to Max. The letter said in very spratic handwriting "Dear Alexander, you have three days to call me or else.". Max looked at Alex and grabbed his hand. "You are gonna need this." Max said handing Alex a gun.
