"No, Star Trek is a copy off of Star Wars. There is a difference between them both." Clyde disagreed, knitting his eyebrows together.
"No, Star Trek is related to Star Wars. But Star Trek people wear cool costumes, while Star Wars people wear dresses and capes, and so forth." Kevin replied, to of which the argument continued.
Beside the two quarreling boys, was three others.
Jimmy Valmer, Token Black, and Craig Tucker.
Although Clyde Donovan and Kevin Stoley--the arguing boys, in which hung around the three others at times--occasionally had their differences on many subjects, it wasn't anything they weren't used to."No!" Kevin pointed his index finger in Clyde's face, "Star Trek people have way more advanced technology. Star Wars only has light sabers and robots."
On instinct, Clyde lightly bit Kevin's finger. This only caused Kevin to jump back.
"He bit me!" Kevin exclaimed.
"Oh, cry us a river." Craig added in, giving the two a skeptical stare.
Honestly, he was fed up with this nonsense. Who cared if Star Wars or Star Trek is basically the same movie? And or show. It was just a pointless conversation all together. Both two boys fell silent, as they all gave Craig a weird look.
Immediantly, Kevin turned his direction back to the slightly chubbier male.
"Well, atleast its better than Lord of the Rings!"Clyde's eyes became glassy. "You take that back! Lord of the Rings is an amazing movie!"
"No, it isn't! It sucks!"
By this point, tears streamed down Clyde's cheeks; one by one.
Sighing, Token walked over to Clyde's side, patting his back reassuringly. "C'mon, lets go wipe away those tears." And as said, the two descended down the hallway. Thus, leaving Kevin, Craig, and Jimmy alone by the turquoise tinted lockers.
"What a crybaby." Craig remarked, turning to the opened locker beside him.
The hallways were stuffed with kids. Most switching classes, some just catching up with their friends.
Lockers lined each wall, as a trophy case lived further down the hall. Besides the various classroom doors, and the gymnasium's double doors, the lukewarm temperature in the school almost matched the amount of chatter within the corridors. Not to mention the hideous smell of lavander soap, Gold-Bond lotion, and sweat that lingered around like a thick cloud of fog. Luckily, the disgusting mixture signals out the burning smell of women's perfume; most commonly vanilla or tropical fruit perfume. This was South Park's high school for you. Filled with a level of strange to fake kids; basically like any other high school.
In other words; hell.
Sadly, it wasn't like the movie High School Musical, but yet, like a horror movie filled with disease ridden people. But, for the upside, you have most of you're friends by you're side. Much like Kyle, Stan, Cartman, and Kenny--classmates of Craig and them; surprisingly they've been together since the fourth grade.
Much like Stan's group of friends; Craig, Clyde, Token, Jimmy, and sometimes Kevin, all stuck with each other. Although, they all started to become slightly distant. And much like Stan and his friend's, Craig's 'clique' had friends joining and leaving the inner circle. Kind of similar to a friend Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny have named Butters.
In fourth grade, Craig, Clyde, Token, and Jimmy sometimes hung around a boy named Jason White--he had shoulder length chocolate hair, similiar to Clyde's--and a bright, sun colored haired boy named Tweek Tweak.
Sadly, Jason found himself fully out of contact with the group, as well as Tweek. Well, sometimes.
But, to replace the two, that's were Kevin came in. Almost as if Kevin was the missing piece the previous two made. Like a hole in a quilt, only to be sewn shut by an extra piece of cloth.
None the less, the four were pretty satisfied with their newest addition."T-t-to be h-honest," Jimmy began, "L-lord of t-t-the R-rings kind of d-does s-suck now."
"Couldn't agree more." Kevin nodded in agreement.
On cue, the tardy bell yelled out a loud warning, alerting kids that they might have to face a detention for being late.
"See you guys." Kevin waved, his voice slightly muffled due to the sounds of closing lockers, stomping feet, and remaining chatter.
"B-b-bye, Kevin." Jimmy called out, returning his friend's wave.
Before Jimmy could say something to Craig, said boy shut his locker and shoved his way through the stampede of students. This, leaving Jimmy alone at his very own locker.

"Okay, class," Mr. Garrison announced. He turned to write the word, 'preamble', on the board. "Today, we're gonna learn about the Preamble."
Almost instantly, an dark haired girl raised her frail hand.
Mr. Garrison sighed, "yes, Wendy?""Didn't we learn this in 8th grade?"
"Wendy, I don't make the rules here." He simply replied. Mr. Garrison walked over to his desk, moving the mouse on his computer, and clicked on it a few times.
Then, he walked over to the closet and wheeled out an aged television.
Before pressing the 'power' button on the remote, he turned back to the class.
"Before we begin this retarded lesson, we're gonna watch a small video about it." Mr. Garrison said, placing the VHS tape inside and pressing the power button on mentioned remote. After, he walked over to the lights and turned them off; soon returning to his desk.Craig rested the side of his head in the palm of his hand, his eyes glued to the dusty screen of the television. It wasn't until he got a tap on his shoulder, that he swiveled around in his chair to face the person behind him.
Once he turned around, Kenny passed him a neatly folded piece of paper.
Without saying anything, he took the paper and turned back around before Mr. Garrison could catch the two. Luckily for them, Mr. Garrison sat at his desk on his phone; possibly christmas shopping.Craig opened the note, bringing it slightly close to his face to read it, due to the sudden darkness of the room.
'Hey, Craig, do you remember what the Preamble shit means? I tried to ask Wendy but she just told me to shut up. -Clyde'
Craig laid the note down onto his desk, turning his head to the other side of the room. There next to Annie Knitts, was Clyde. Occasionally, looking over to Craig's direction to see if he read the note.
Behind Clyde, was their old friend, Tweek; nervously gripping his shirt and watching the screen infront of the classroom. Its been a while since Tweek and Jason had hung out with Craig and them; Tweek especially. Sure, the two quarreled in the past, much like Kevin and Clyde, but it didn't mean they weren't friends.
Honestly, Craig missed him. Not a lot, but a little. Who wouldn't miss an old friend? Especially when that old friend left you're group to join another. In Craig's case, he spent most of his time around Kenny and them. Truthfully, it made him a bit...disappointed.While Craig was lost in thought, Tweek looked over at Craig, to whom was full out staring at him now. Soon enough, Craig snapped out of his thoughts and exchanged Tweek's glance. Awkwardly, he gave the twitchy boy a small wave, in which Tweek returned the gesture as well.
