Description: He can change the temperature of any liquid (except blood) to either heat up or cool the liquid down, the user uses mainly use their own sweat to harden their hand by super freezing it or create steam to blind targets. And can Freeze/Scald them with Freezing/Heated sweat.
Drawback: User is not immune to effects of cold or heat so he can be burned or frostbitten if it is on there long enough and low or high enough to cause damage.
Extra Facts: The quirk is not limited to one hand of the user, so the user may use two of the same or one and the other.
Taisuke's Suit like Bakugo's stores his sweat but in a different way and can shoot the sweat where Taisuke can use his quirk to heat or freeze it
