DISHA'S Point of view: Next day, me and mom were having lunch in the hospital canteen. After lunch I decided to go on round of hospital. So after finishing our lunch my mom went to dad's room. Canteen was in the ground floor of the hospital. So I decided to look first at ground floor of the hospital. Ground floor is divided into three sections. Canteen, medicine department, and gynaecology department. I hate medicine smell so I decided to skip medicine department and went to see gynaecology department.

This department has very simple interior. I read nameplate outside the cabin HEAD OF GYNAECOLOGY DEPARTMENT: ANITA BANSAL. I think she is relative of Dr.Rishb Bansal, may be his wife or mom. After that I entered into children's department on the first floor. According to age group of children there were seperate rooms.

Suddenly I heard noise coming from one of the room, I rushed towards the room, age between 7 to 10 years is written outside the hall. As I entered I saw some childrens were running here and there, and 2 doctors taking medicine in their hand were running behind them. I listened to their help and began to help them to catch children. At the same time we heard crying sound of small baby. I looked around and saw baby girl may be around 2 years was crying. But why she is here in the hall of age group 7 to 10 years. Some childrens were trying to hold her, may be she got frustrated because of them,that's why she is crying. That time one of the doctor present their asked me, to take her to the garden of childrens ward. Then I came to the garden with her...garden was small but it was specifically designed for small children. There were lot of safety toys there. As soon as I gave her a toy she stops crying and started smiling. That time I realised I saw her in photo walled up in Dr. Rishab's cabin. Ohh so she is Daughter of Rishab Bansal. Well I must say she is super cute.

We were playing together from last 15 to 20 minutes. Suddenly a man came, may be around 70 years or more. But he was dressed up like children do. Cartoons pictures were painted on his T-shirt. He asked about my full name and went away from there. I felt really strange. But I ignored that and again started playing with that baby girl. After a while a doctor who asked me to go to garden and Dr. Rishb came there. As soon as Dr.Rishb arrived there he took that baby from me. And started to give angry looks to that doctor and he said.

DR.RISHAB: you are fired from the job. I told you to take care of my daughter but you failed to do this work. So there is no need to come back to this hospital again. Soon Accounts department will settle your payment.
(saying this Dr Rishab started going, I was in shock seeing his anger, that doctor started to explain him about what has happened, but still he was Angry. To save that doctor's job I thought to explain him)

ME: Dr.Rishb, whatever the doctor is saying is true.

DR.RISHAB: miss...whatever, first thing, you must not interfere between what I am talking with the staff of my hospital.
Second thing as far as I know your father is admitted to cardiology department then what are you doing here in the children's ward?
And the Third thing, don't you have manners to ask child's parents before taking them?

DR. Purushotam Bansal: Rishab,control your anger. A doctor should always talked calmly specially when childrens are listing.

( before I can say something ,I heard bold voice, when I saw him I remember he was the same person with cartoon pictures on his shirt asked about my name few minutes back)

DR.RISHAB: grandpa, you don't know what they have done.what if anything happens to my daughter because of their negligence.

DR. Purushotam Bansal: Relax Rishab, I know you care for Aarvi but trust me I saw her playing with this girl,disha. While playing she seemed very happy that's why I didn't say anything.
And the about doctor I am sure they didn't do this intentionally.
All staff here get back to your work now. And related to Aarvi, you must not repeat any such mistake again.

(As soon as all staff members went, DR.Rishab also walked away with his daughter)

ME: I am really sorry sir and thanks a lot.

DR.Purushtam Bansal; it's okay beta. Keep in mind, patients or their relatives are not allowed to entre any other department.

ME: I am sorry sir, actually your hospital's children's ward is beautifully decorated so I came to see. this will not happen again.

DR.Purushtam Bansal: No problem, now go back to your department.
